They take multiple, detailed photos of every item received and log everything meticulously in a shared Smartsheet. This real-time tracking allows us to see what has arrived, what condition it’s in, and flag any damaged items (clearly marked in red!) so we can immediately file claims with vendors. It’s a system that truly supports our timelines for projects.
They repackage every item with care, and that attention showed when pieces were delivered to site. For our most recent 12,000 sq ft install—in the heat of July—the crew worked tirelessly. Every item was handled with care, gloves were worn to protect upholstery, and their friendliness and professionalism were unmatched. All trash was broken down and removed, which is a major help on busy install days.
Scheduling was easy, thanks to a simple intake sheet that covers everything from delivery contacts to what goes where. And on the morning of install, Clint & Melissa were quick to update us on truck ETA so our team could plan accordingly.
