Helpful workers which was good because the self service kept getting jammed. Good prices and selection of products.

Just don't. Unless you like going into the store, being ignored while the workers chat among themselves.

Have to literally stop in my tracks. Jadzia at this branch is the rudest customer service person I've ever had the displeasure of coming into contact with. I shop here daily. Daily. They are the only fedex drop off on the beach, and I have to say the manager and other employees have always greeted with a smile, even helped me unload packages. One bad apple can ruin the batch though. Such a shame to be so unpleasant for absolutely no reason.

I came to Office Depot today to look for a home security camera. John was the gentleman who helped me. He was very patient looking through the computer system to find the right camera for me. He was also the same person who helped me look for office furniture last time I was there. John definitely deserves recognition and a raise for doing such an excellent job helping customers there. Great job John. Thanks for all of your help. I drove all the way from Callaway just to come out to this to PCB location. The 23rd location service is awful. Their lack of customer service and knowledge, and even a couple of them has issues of attitudes. For me it's worth the drive out to PCB location for better service.

Laurie was very rude. I came in today about 12:35. She was not able to help the customer in front of me because it was a package and she needed her to wait until the package lable printer was available. So she asked me if she could help me. I said yes I need something laminated. Which I get done here every year. She said I need you to sign this waiver. I said ok. The lamination turned out horrible and it never has before on the same item that I bring in. I did not complain. I then asked her if she was going to cut it for me which is again done everytime. She then told me I have other costumers and you'll have to wait. And we charge for it. First of all I didn't ask if I had to pay for it. I asked for a service. Second, last time I checked I was the costumer being helped at that moment. Are you kidding me. Ridiculous Laurie.

I did come in about 15 min before closing, but I had emailed them what I wanted printed and noted if they had any questions they could call me and my number was in email. I told them when I was planning to be by so all I had to do was give them my name and pay. I waited patiently inline to ask for what I had needed there were two people in front of me. I should have gotten the hint when the lady in front of me just walked out. So finally the guy asks how he can help me. I told him I needed to pick up some papers I had emailed to be printed. He said that they don't just print from our emails anymore that I needed to call and tell them what I needed done. In my email I said if you have any questions please call me. Which they never did. Then when I asked if he could cut the invitation down to 4x6's he kind huffed about it and went to measure. Then he informed me he was going to have to charge me extra to cut it for me. No big deal. But then he kept making comments to the other guy about this is going to take for ever and how many papers can I cut at one time with this. I'm sorry the other machine that could do it faster is broken. Not my fault! After being there for about 30 mins I told him forget it since it seemed to be to much of a hassle for them. I will be taking my business someplace else.

I have visited this store twice in the past three days. Each time, they have been incredibly helpful and professional. I use a Mac, but have classes that require Word documents to be emailed. I don't really know a lot about computers, and had no idea that you could install office suite on a Mac. I went into the store to buy a laptop that I could use to make word documents. They could have sold me a brand-new computer and not told me that I could use my current one. The guy (Adam) helped me and let me know that I could just purchase the student edition. I appreciated that a lot. Today I went in for a TI 84 that I had seen online in pink. When I arrived on that isle, there were none on the shelf. An associate saw me and ask if he was able to help. I explained to him that I wanted the pink edition of the calculator. He went into the back and grabbed one for me. I love this store and will definitely use them for all my school, work, and personal needs. Highly recommend them if you need guidance in a purchase or want quality products.
