Woke up to a dead battery. Called O'Reilly to see if they had one compatable to my make/model. They did!. After getting a jump start I drove over and they already had my info in their system and were prepared for my visit. Installed new battery and I was on my way. Excellent customer service.

There was a worker there name of Matthew who turned my upside down morning to a great after noon. My alternator went out and he was able to help me get the right one and my luck they had it in stock. I went back to the store to return my old alternator and told him my jeep was fixed because of him. He was very great today with his customer service and very kind. Thank you Matthew everything you did today. You made my day a lot better.

There employees dont know what the heck they're talking about had to return what i bought because they said " you should be good with these universal ones" but NO i wasnt my car had different ones for it for my car!!!

Rolled up up looking for help, listened to a group of yahoos tell me how driving a sports car means you should be working on your own car. All that after they could not replace my battery because corp says they can't. Well the PROFESSIONALS at Walmart we able to do what they could not. Thanks Walmart for helping a customer with a dead battery on vacation.
