“I went to apply for my new passport, and Darcel assisted me. She noticed that I wasn’t a native American and that my English wasn’t the best, so she spoke very slowly and eloquently to make it easier for me.”
“Never really been all that disappointed with my experiences at this location. The only bad times I remember are when I had the wrong packaging or they couldn’t ship because my label was faded. Other than that they have always been kind & honest. I forgot her name but she is the one that always helps me & she is as friendly as can be & helped me with a scam message that was impersonating USPS. She needs a raise! They keep the place clean, stocked, & organized. They try their best to get people in & out but sometimes customers like to be extra. There delivery drivers are good at their jobs as well. Will continue to use this location!”
