Have been 3 times, unfriendly/unpleasant staff each time. First visit the woman was rude to me because the fax number I was sending a fax to wasn’t working (out of my control).2nd visit, unfriendly staff and got charged $14 to use computer for 3 minutes to print off 1 sheet of paper.3rd visit, unpleasant woman who acted annoyed I was there and was charged $2 to print off 1 sheet of paper.I love supporting small and local business, especially when they are close and conveniently located. But ill be driving down to a big box store from now on for my office/mail/printing needs.

Had to get fingerprints done. Lady was super rude and disrespectful. She asked for a confirmation number. Well, my employer did not give me one. She was very pushy and was rushing me. Also told me that it was not possible to make an appointment the night before, even though my employer had scheduled it for me.

I don’t know what I would do without Nikki and Chantel at Post Net. They always go above and beyond in everything that they do and make my life easier because of it. From shipping services, mailboxes, printing services and even fingerprinting they can handle it all. In a world full of Karen’s it’s so refreshing walking into a business where the people working there truly care and treat you like family, not a number.

We were with this postnet for 5 years. We full time rv. They have forgot to send our truck and trailer registration, so they had to overnight it. We always had to worry if they would lose something. They would send our mail from various addresses. They would charge us for advertisements until we called it out. So if you don’t watch them the costs will be even higher. We would have changed 2-3 years ago, but we had to change our drivers license and all of our mailing information so we held out as long as we could. You can request something be consolidated and then you have to call them a few days later because it didn’t happen. Ultimately they have horrible customer service and they don’t agree with the customer being right. We are glad to be rid of them.

I like the concept, but they kept from telling me everythingLike it cost $1.00 everytime you pick your mail up.(Not by piece) Which is not that big of deal, so they suggested to come in once a week to pick up your mail.Secoundly, they are closed during the week by 5pm and closed on the weekends. Hard to do biusiness when they have the same hours as you. The girls are friendly but need to give better instructions of what to expect BEFORE you sign up.`
