If you're having a controlled medication refilled it won't be ready. They watch your mannerisms very closely to see how you will react. They will then decide if it gets refilled, denied or make arrangements to change the dosage. No way did I believe this until it happened.

If you need anything filled or if you have any questions what so ever just ask for Kyle! If Kyle has the day off or he's on vacation and you can afford to wait you should do so. This information will save you a lot of time and frustration.
