I've had my membership for a few months now, and each experience has been smooth. I haven't had any issues, and team member Deangelo stopped and helped me with shining the tires before moving on to check on other customers, which was really nice. Thanks again. Keep up the good work guys.

Paid $21 but did not get the services. Paid that to get tire shine and got nothing. Asked attendant to manually do the tires but all he did was wipe with a cloth. No reimbursement!! At least let people know that the tire application is not working. Also there was not anything additional done to the car but a lousy wash that did not clean the car. Will not be back!

I've been a member over two years. The original company I signed up with had excellent workers who brushed the front and rear of the car before it went through the car wash. They were always friendly, courteous and smiled usually. I always tip them because of the way they were. And you left there feeling like you had a good experience. Now this company take five is charging a couple dollars more a month that my original membership at 1999 and the employees if there's one at the beginning of the car wash when you drive up act like they really don't care and they barely brush your car if they do but most of the time they don't. I go through once or twice a week and have been but it's definitely changed since it became this company. When the new car wash opens down the street, I'll probably go there but I need to make sure that they're not affiliated with this one. After reading the other reviews, I know I'm not alone and I've called this place. No one answered the phone. I know it's gonna be a pain to discontinue this membership but I'll try and if they don't answer, I'll call credit card company and tell him to take it off my charge and do not let this company charge me again. I hate to complain, but I am the customer. I do pay my membership and they are not giving the service that we signed up for.

You really have to impress me to get me to actually write a review. I came by Nov 3rd around 11 an and let me say the entire staff there was A+++ so friendly, attentive and fun! I’ve never been convinced to buy a $26 wash but apparently the bug repellent works….we shall see. I’ll definitely be back when I’m in town!

I have been to this car wash in the past and did not have a good experience! I decided to try it again yesterday and was very pleased to see that it was under new management! Ken was very friendly and changed my mind about this place! He got me in and out quickly and they did an amazing job!Services: Auto detailing

Clean, well maintained, and service that went above and beyond.I tripped and fell today as I was cleaning out my car. The employees were very concerned, compassionate, considerate and helpful. They even offered to finish cleaning the inside of my car. But me living in my stupid fantasy world thinking that I am still a young soldier, my pride wouldn’t let them. Still, they went above and helped to help me anyway. I almost feel like falling again. The next time I go back so that they will help me?

Got stuck in the car wash. Which in itself wouldn't warrant a two-star. It was the lack of action or concern from the employee that earned this review. I honked and waited a few times over the span of a few minutes. When nobody came and nothing was happening, I put my car in drive and came through. When I parked, I told one of the attendants what happened and that I had honked several times. I asked him if the system notifies them of a car being stuck since they couldn't hear my horn. I also asked if it would be possible to go back through since it stopped with all the suds on my car. The employee started off not by apologizing for my experience, but by telling me I had an attitude. Then went on to say "what you meant to say was..." and corrected how I should have reported the issue. He mistook my anxiety for anger and completely mishandled the situation. Incredibly rude and very poor customer service. They did let me go through again, I'd like to add. No issue with the actual service. Just the one guy working.

I went to this car wash 2 years ago and they continue to fraudulently charge my credit card for a subscription. I have disputed the charges with Citibank and have had previous charges removed, but they billed me again in September under the name of Take 5 Car Wash. Attempts to dispute the charge with Take 5 customer service has not helped. Avoid this car wash! They will keep your card on record and sneak in subscription charges.

Agree with "going downhill fast" - Monthly member who in the past 3 visits have found the wash closed (during operational hours). No signage or updates/employee to be found. Just cones in front of the kiosks where you pull in and the exit of the car wash door closed. Despite not being open during posted times and not being able to wash my car my past 3 attempts, they sure did take my monthly fee. I think refunds to charges made when you are not open during operational hours would be appropriate, I would be more understanding of issues with some signage/posts about why the wash is closed, but there are none.

First off let me say I have had a membership here for 2 years. This car wash has gone downhill fast. They don’t wash your windshield when entering the tunnel like they use to. The towels are out frequently. I have been twice recently and the window/interior clean does not have the spray tops on them. Go to Walmart, spray bottles are under $2. The air compressor has not worked for a month. When you come out from the wash you almost feel like you need another run through but that could be the lack of pre-scrubbing by the attendant when entering the tunnel. I went to an Ottos the other week and it was top notch. That’s when I decided the Quick n Clean was in terrible shape.
