Hard to shop in Florida daily afternoon rain. Limited parking close to shops and can't walk under awning to stay out of rain.

American Charlie's was a great experience. Had buffalo wings and loaded fries (that were fixed by request) which consisted of fries cheese bacon and green onions. Was one of the best meals I had while visiting Panama city.
