I've been here twice and both times they never answered the red button. Waited 20 min. Just got ignored and the drive thru as well. Waste of time. They should demolish this place.It wouldn't let me give 0 stars, but it's a 0 from me.

Mid April Saturday at 2:30 In the afternoon. 3 cars at this restaurant and no one is answering the drive-through. This is always the worst Sonic. Three drive offs before me. Close this location already because you all surely cant seem to find anyone with a half functioning brain to run this place.Pulled over to write this post and heard someone on the drive through speaker, I pulled up only to find out their blast and milkshake machine is down. Really!? You’re on Panama City Beach!!Unbelievable.

Hard to rate when you can't get your food. Despite the app and the pull in stalls, they will rudley come in speaker and tell you drive in only. Then, after the app failed even w confirmation receipt and waiting in drive through for 20m, still no food. Not sure how the carry the Sonic name at this location.

Absolutely appalled at the service that I didn't get. I sat at the kiosk for 15 minutes and didn't hear anything so I decided to go to drive thru and sat there until 12:00am and still got no answer!! No we are closed or can I take your order. FIX THIS PLEASE!

i’m absolutely disappointed with how my experience went at this sonic.. This location closes at 12 i arrived at 11:15 at the kiosk, i pressed the red button at the kiosk waited for about 15 minutes with no response from any of the workers, as did many other people at other kiosk who did end up leaving because of no response. I then proceeded to go through the drive through only to be waiting in the line until 12 once i got to the part to place my order there was no answer, not even someone saying they were closed… there was multiple workers in the kitchen from what i seen and nobody being served. I ended up leaving, and i don’t think i will be returning unless they get put under new management.. all i can get from my experience is that these employees were lazy, and not doing there job. i really hope something is fixed about this. if people don’t wanna do there job right then they don’t need the job.

First time I went here the girl who took my order was rude. I just left here and ordered my kids pretzels with cheese. No cheese in the bag so I go back and they tell me they are out. I would have cancelled the order had I known. I wont come again

I am extremely shocked at how this place runs its business.. & Alan needs to be demoted!! I have been sitting in this drive thru for 52 minuets & have nobody in front of me & 2 cars behind me.. There was 4 cars in the pull screens, So not busy right?? WELL! Im sitting in the drive thru & 1 they never even said hi, bye or kiss my butt.. they give me bits an pieces of my order.. I have people behind me honking thinking I AM the one wasting time.. The lady who doesnt speak good english, hands me a bag & i tell her im missing 1/2 my order, she rolls her eyes & hands me another bag.. NOT my order, assuming the people behind me?? I tell her it isnt mine an hand it back.. She again rolls her eyes an acts like she has no clue what im talking about.. I took upon myself to pull up & had no choice but to call them so at least they could at least get the couple behind me.. I ask for a manager an this is how that went "Maam we are extremely busy your going to have to wait" I then tell him, no there not busy & he really sat on the phone arguing with me! I told him that i wasnt arguing with him my order was messed up, he puffed an asked what i needed i told him.. they then 10 mins later send the wrong order AGAIN to me.. The girl that dont speak good englis proceeds to stand there AGAIN looking like she dont know whats going on.. the 3rd time she came out it was correct.. My order was SIMPLE... 2 #10s, 1 plain & a #5, dr.p, coke an strawberry limeaide... Let me tell you, I am from out of town.. I was a manager at mc.donalds for 7 years & i PROMISE YOU.. My store would NOT be ran that way, my customers would NEVER have been talked to like that & i dam sure wouldnt have charged them after the 3rd wrong.. 1 hour & 17 minuets of this.. 1/2 the foods cold.. just mindblown! Do better

Rude manager. Doesn't take customers opinion and improvement suggestions. She told me no one tells her how to run her store. Her store? She is not even the owner. She is clearly doing a terrible job when they dont have enough personal and are turning customers away by shutting down the app and drive thru.

Ordered and waited 50 minutes for our food. When we got it, they were missing our drink and gave us the wrong order. We asked for the drink, and staff gave us sass. When we finally got our drink, we told them our order was wrong as well. Staff snapped at us to press red button, so we did and nobody ever answered it. Worst Sonic experience thus far.
