DO NOT let “Bobby” cut your hair. She messed my hair up. She told me to look down and when I looked up she took off so much and I left looking like a boy. I asked her to put layer in it, she said that wouldn’t look good. I personally don’t think she’s capable of doing good layers since that was her comment. She gave me a straight across hair cut and didn’t ask how I wanted fit cut. She just did what she wanted without communicating with me what she was doing to my hair. You want your hair to be in good hands. Next time I will go somewhere where my hair is is in good hands. I am very disappointed. When I asked her about a round brush she would barely answer my questions and told me to watch a tik tok video. I paid for a style and she barely blow dryer and did not use a brush just her hand.

They were great with my 3 & 5 year old grandchildren. The 5 year old is autistic and they were great with him.

The manager is very rude and very disrespectful and Iam very very surprised that she’s in the position that she’s in !!! Would never step foot in that place I would not recommend this Place to anyone zero across the boards, hands-down for customer service

I called at 10 am because this location does not take online appointments. The person took my name and asked what time. I asked about noon. She said that they would see me then. When I got there at 11:55 all three stylists were busy and two people were waiting. 2 stylists finished and took the people that were waiting when I came in. At 12:20 pm a lady brought her son in. When the next stylist finished she took the boy. I got up put my hoodie on and headed for the door. The manager stopped her haircut and said, “ those people had an appointment “. I said what time was their appointment? No answer. I said you told me 12:00 when I called this morning. Don’t think I will make another appointment!

I got my hair cut there and Kayla cut it. She was very thorough and did a great job, i would highly recommend her if you want to get a perfect haircut!

I'm giving it 3 stars, and not because their haircut, because Natalie. did a good job on my hair, however, I was able to always make an appointment . I worked 2 jobs and have to come between my 2 jobs to get a haircut. I don't have to a lot of time to wait. I've never had an issue with calling a make an appointment before, yet today I want to do the same thing and I'm told, I can't, I have to register on line,, I get technology, but we need to go back to the old fashioned way, with some things it's bad customer service. So now I won't go back. It's very disappointing. Everybody wants to keep up with technology keep up with the times and seem to forget about the people

lousy job but what they charge is reasonable… I will never go to that place again, they are not detail oriented when it comes to cutting your hair and they cut it the way they want and the little they know, the truth is, I don't recommend that place!!

i remember i didnt like the length i had my hair cut so i immediately went back into the shop, like 2 minutes after they cut my hair. the ridiculous thing is that they charged me again right after they just did my hair. i was robbed.Service: Haircut

Brought my granddaughter for her first haircut they did a great job. Unfortunately, I decided to make an appointment to then get mine trimmed. I made my appointment for the first of the day 9 AM. I arrived at nine when the doors open. I walked through the door at 9 AM along with five other people, the best advice I can give don’t worry about an appointment. Because no matter if you have one or not, you’re still wait 30 minutes if they don’t have an open seat when you walk in. I scheduled the appointment because I have super busy schedule and wanted to make sure that I was in and out. Unfortunately, that was not the case. He told me he’d be right with me and 30 minutes later as I know longer had any time he said we’re ready! I had to go, so I’ll just walk in next time. Great cats just don’t make an appointment.
