Decent selection. Watch your screen when they are checking you out! They will quickly ring in the reusable bag, then clear your items off to show you the total, then ask you if you want a reusable bag, which is extra. Scam!

DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING WITH A DEBIT /CREDIT CARD FROM THIS STORE! My 17 year old daughter made a $42 purchase which was approved and drafted from her bank account but the girl at the register says “oh, it didn’t print a receipt it must not have went thru” and told my daughter to run her card again. She swiped the card again (charged the bank account a second time) and the girl again says that a receipt didn’t print and asked my daughter if it charged her card. My daughter tells her that it did charge twice, the girl goes and gets STEVE the “manager”. Steve proceeds to tell her she can not have the items (that she paid twice for) because a receipt didn’t print, he starts yelling at her that she must leave the store without the items or he would call the cops! My 17 year old daughter, frightened by this fool, leaves the store with no items and 2 $42 charges on her card! Surf style is fraudulent. We are disputing the charges with our bank to get them reversed but I’m confident this isn’t the only time Surf Style and STEVE has done business this way. DO NOT waste your money in a place with customer service like this.

Nice souvenir shop with plenty of PCB gear and gifts. Decent selection of clothes, beach accessories and toys. Huge selection of beach shoes and sandals. Hermits and kits and kids character backpacks (including BLUEY) are in the kids section. Small selection of buy 3 get one free shirts.

Only getting a second start because the man at the register was super nice. My family and I didn’t realize what time this store closed, we walked in 3 min before they closed, again not knowing. Instead of being politely told that the store was getting ready to close, we got glared at by one of the associates who then turned to her other associate and said “don’t these people have anything else better to do than coming in 3 min before we close?!” And then stomped outside to go smoke. Welcome to Panama City.

Good customer service. I had an item that still had security device attached when it wasn't removed after a purchase last year. When I produced the sales receipt, they corrected the problem promptly. We're from Wisconsin and didn't travel back to Florida until this year. Glad they corrected everything.

We tried to return a snorkel face mask which was faulty. They wouldn't return our money or take it off their shelf. Someones going to get hurt using the product or worse. I'm in the process of contacting the company.

Marquee out front says Hey Dudes buy one get one 50% off. The short haired blonde cashier said that promotion is over and wouldn't honor it. So I said I'll take one pair because I had already told my son we would get some. She acted like it was a huge inconvenience for her to remove the other pair.... Then she got a bad attitude and started slamming things around. I paid cash and she forgot my 25c in the drawer, when she couldn't find a quarter on the counter anywhere she gave me the 16c she found and looked at me like "that's close enough".... When I didn't accept, she went somewhere else in the store to get one and threw it on the counter and said nothing else to me.What a poor excuse for customer service

I'd leave 0 stars if I could.BOGO 50% hey dudes advertised on the board outside. They wouldn't honor it in store because the sale wasn't "valid" anymore. Manager got ahold of the owner/General manager and he said it was select styles only and they didn't have them in store anymore. The sign outside didn't specify certain styles. The manager then told us we could call customer service to see if they'd honor it. Well that's not my job and it's also false advertisement when you have a sign up for a sale but you won't honor it. Don't recommend this store. Their staff wasn't friendly and are obviously advertising sales to get people in but they won't honor them.

Location (10400 front beach Panama City Beach) is supposed to be open until 10pm but closed the store at 7:45 pm. We arrived 10mins prior to this and were rushed out. Very disappointing!!
