  Karlie is in here all the time when my friend and I come to visit! She’s always on point with her customer service and she makes sure all customers leave satisfied. This girl needs a raise! She’s the sweetest ever

  If there were a way to give something in the negatives, 100% would.
  Went with 2 other people, the employees kept staring at us and whispering with each other about us while we were just looking and made us feel incredibly uncomfortable and we felt that it wasn’t a safe or non judgmental space, we felt super judge, whoever they were, they need to be reevaluated and trained on custom service because obviously they have no experience

  If I could give a negative star i definitely would! I’ve been in customer service for 25 years. I walked in this store 2x the same day. First experience 4 employees no one acknowledged or asked to help the stood around talking amongst themselves. Second time 6 employees standing in the middle of the store discussing movies & dropping the “f bomb”. If my daughter had not wanted some specific clothes I would have walked out. I know my $250 won’t break the store but this is one of the worst stores I have shopped in. Then when we were ready to check out I had to go ask the group of 6 employees to check us out. If this location represents Tilly’s customer service practices retraining may be necessary. I

  Honestly super rude employees. I was shopping while looking at my phone and immediately upon it turning 7:00 one employee very loudly grabs another employee’s attention to point at me. The second employee then approaches me to say very rudely, “just want you to know we’re closed”. I work in pier park at another store as a supervisor and would NEVER speak to a customer the way she did. Certainly not at the very second the clocks hits 7:00. Incredibly rude and poor mannered.

  Great store. Stays open late, a lot of the name brands that my husband loves. Great sale items as well. Staff is always very friendly.

  Three employees that were too busy talking to greet or to check if I need anything. I couldn't conclude if it was due to my race or if the conversation was just that good. I felt so unwelcomed that I decided against buying anything in this store or in pier park shopping plaza at all. I'll continue to go where I'm adored not ignored. Black dollars matter, let me spend em where I matter.

  When I asked a worker for help with a crop top, she refused to find me a crop top in my size and instead tried to show me more “modest” tops that would “look more flattering” on me and be “God honoring”. Those were her exact words. She then invited my partner and I to her Mormon church service which made us obviously uncomfortable.

  Great store... Went in to get some Christmas gifts for my younger sister. A young gentleman, I believe named Chase, was very helpful. He helped me pick out a couple of items for her and I am very pleased. Amazing store with great welcoming people working. Wanted to leave a survey but lost my receipt. Thank you guys! Definitely would recommend Tillys.
