Just came in this UPS store because we were having lunch near by.I dropped off two boxes one had the label printed the other needed code off my phone. When I came to counter to informed the young man need to ship.Instead of saying we have an automatic system for labels.He was rude at sayingYou print over there he took my other box. Didn't even ask if needed a receipt another person asked me afterwards

Try to never leave a negative review, but here goes.Had an Amazon return, in original box, approved by Amazon, just needed label printed as we're a thousand miles from home for a couple months. Had the email from Amazon and a separate picture of label on my phone, and a Lightning/USB connector. Lady behind counter couldn't figure out how to get the label for printing. Couldn't log into Amazon at that location in three tries. How hard can this be?Emailed label to son at home to print and send it back snail mail. Hope it gets here in time.

Service here is much quicker than standing in the terrible post office line. They have an Amazon Kiosk for returns so you don’t have to stand in the counter line.They do seem to have a lot of particular rules they have to follow (per USPS) about what they can mail, so they do ask a lot of questions but it’s pretty efficient.

Absolutely poor customer service just like many 1 star reviews indicated. Always behind and slow to assist customers. I needed packing assistance with a TV monitor. They couldn't help me because it was too large @ 45 inches. Even though I had been informed over the phone that they could help me ship this monitor at this location. They didn't have boxes large enough to sell me to ship it myself which is definitely not true. They said even if I found a box big enough they wouldn't help pack it because of the "high chance they break in shipment", yet if I had the original box and packed it myself they would take it no problem. Which I had done on numerous occasions in previous shipments. The UPS company website even advertises their Guarantee Pack and Ship Service to ship your TV which is why I considered asking for their help in the first place. A package store cannot help to ship a "difficult" package. Incompetence.The ONLY reason to use this store is to drop off packages that don't fit in the UPS pick up bins, and the self help Amazon returns. No other service with staff here is worth your time. I will never give them any other business in my continued 10 years of selling and shipping items online.

I called the store asking questions about redirecting a package a lady with a strong accent answered the phone. Outside of being rude. And basically blowing me off. I ended the call.I must say I am very disappointed.

Oh goodness! Do you not use the store if you need help. Just drop it off. Perfect but if you need assistance, do not go in the store. The older lady is mean and spiteful and just wants to tell you to go somewhere else. I need some help with the label and instead of trying to figure another way for me to get my label printed there she just kept telling me she was with UPS and I was in the wrong place. Not great customer service.

The worst customer service. I had an Amazon return prepaid to be shipped by ups, item was boxed, sealed with label attached. Owner (or so she claimed to be an owner) of this facility refused to ship it, because they wanted me to BUY a box from their facility.Then she proceeded to open the door and tell me to leave, because I refused to buy a box and ask to ship item the way I had it packed and boxed.Horrible.

I purchased Insurance for my package I shipped and when the receiver received it, it was damaged. UPS told me they didn't package it so they would not honor the insurance claim. I told the their employee actually packed my item in the box but she did it for free so I couldn't prove it. Don't purchase insurance unless you have UPS package your item and get a receipt showing they packaged it. That's bad business UPS.

I always have very good experience with this UPS store. I don't know why some negative review. They have to follow the guidelines and policy set by UPS to protect customers and their items and company from liability. Most company have certain restrictions.
