I ordered a package on Oct. 3rd and it was suppose to be delivered to my house yesterday Oct 14. They never delivered it and said that I requested for it to be picked up at the USPS (which is a absolute nightmare- I wouldn’t wish it on my worst enemy to have to go in there). I also have a ring camera so they never even came by to attempt to deliver it. You can’t get anyone on the phone for help either. Please someone save this business for better service!

Once again, mailed birthday card two weeks ago to Colorado and still hasn’t been received.
It is almost comical how bad this post office is.

For years now, my packages and mail keep getting delivered to Tierra Verde Way. Not Tierra Verde Trail. Come on post office. Get it together. So annoying.

Even though there were only two people working the front and a bit of a line, the wait wasn't bad. The staff were nice as well. It was a chill experience that kept the peaceful tone of my day intact.

These people are absolutely empty in the head.
I was home.
Nobody bothered to deliver the package.
They marked my apartment as vacant and returned the package to sender.

Zero stars. Worst customer service. No one ever answers when you call. Been waiting to get locks changed at my apartment and new keys for two weeks. They got their money from me but they have zero sense of urgency. Meanwhile medical supplies that my disabled parent needs are trapped in the box. They're understaffed and the ones that are there are totally incompetent.

I dropped off seven packages in the blue bin in the lobby area right across from where the clerks are. Assuming that my packages would be scanned in safe and sound. I left them there. This was at 10 AM on Tuesday after the holiday weekend. I returned at 4 PM to make sure that they picked up the packages which they did. It took forever for them to scan in my packages. Customers were waiting for their merchandise. One is still floating in the atmosphere somewhere probably to never be scanned. This is a huge lesson for me and listen to what I’m telling you make sure you get them scanned in or scan them at the kiosk I will never ever do that again! You can’t trust the post office and their employees! I returned several days later to ask about this package because I could see that the tracking was showing it was still there and was not scanned in. The lady told me that it went to Pensacola. It’s going to someplace in Alabama anyway still not scanned in. How do they ship it to Pensacola Florida and not scanned it in she said that they are behind and it should get scanned in pretty soon. I dropped the packages off on September 2, 2025. It is now September 11 still has not been scanned in. Also the insurance I have on it probably won’t count because it was never scanned in!!! Make sure you scan in your packages or have them scan them in otherwise who knows where they’ll end up probably in somebody’s garage!

Horrible experience using their PO box service. Not only did they forget to set it up in their system after I picked up the key, they left a piece of cardboard in the mailbox WHILE I HAD ACTIVE SERVICE and when I checked the mail a few weeks after setting up, I had to push it out which proves that it was not assigned to me appropriately. I still didn't get my mail for weeks and they were sending important documents back to the sender. That caused an entire issue with my bank sending statements thinking I gave them an incorrect address, and then, my payment is due in a few days, and they rekeyed it before the end of my service. My letter said I have until the 10th to pay it, and it was rekeyed several days prior to the letter. I have had to complain multiple times about this location. I have had to endure that lengthy process of calling USPS multiple times to report issues with my PO box service there, and requested to be at least partially refunded for the month or so that I could not get mail because of them, and had mail returned. That didn't happen, of course. Now I have no idea where my very important LEGAL documents are .. so again, I had to call USPS and sit on hold for 30 minutes trying to speak with a representative to get help once again because they have no phone to call the location. Not everyone's work is close enough that they can pop in on their lunch and stand in line for 30 minutes waiting to see a clerk.

Over a year ago, in July of 2024, my husband brought his package in to be sent to AT&T. It was an insurance claim that would slowly turn into a nightmare. The person who helped him at the counter wouldn't even give him a receipt proving he did his part and waved him away to a bin for outgoing packages. Fast forward to August when they tried to charge us $650 for an unreturned phone and we had to come to the store again asking why it wasn't sent. Magically, behind something in the back room, there our package sat. They assured us it would be sent out. We called AT&T and told them of our issues and they put a note on our account to refund when the phone returned in a couple of days. Well.. that never happened. In September we returned once again and they had no recollection of anything so we walked away $650 short. Today, September 8th of 2025, we got a text saying they have FINALLY received our return package. It only took them 14 months. I am so glad we left this area for numerous reasons but this is absolutely one of them. I try not to be a Karen but every employee and manager staffed in this location ought to be morbidly ashamed that they cost a family living paycheck to paycheck $650. We are also not receiving credit now that it has been over a year so LUCKILY I kept the ticket information I made with USPS on the phone and I plan to call and speak to someone tomorrow to formally file a complaint demanding repayment. This is absurd. Absolutely no one should ever have to deal with this level of unprofessionalism. If you live in the area or are here on vacation needing to ship something I fully reccomend the UPS. The only people who care about their work ethic in this facility are the drivers, I loved them.

Rejected a package label from Amazon. Instead, I took it to the UPS store and they immediately accepted it.

They by far have the laziest drivers possible. “They can’t access my driveway or front door” tho I was home all day and both are very accessible. I’d love to submit video proof they never even came by.
I’d like to add an update to this, once again unable to access the driveway or front door. But somehow delivers 3 other packages? Y’all need to hire better help.

From December 2024 to March 2025 we temporary reserved a mailbox for our winter stay. This has turned out to be the worst experience of our life with any post office we have dealt with. If I could give you less than 1 star I would. Not only did we have to go to the desk and check with them multiple times about not getting our mail we had to involve our home post office who went above and beyond to get our mail transferred. Now that we have been home more than 5 months the PCB post office is now finding and sending our mail back to various departments sending out questions that we have changed our address. This is not true and has caused us many phone calls etc. to remedy this situation. Serious investigation needs to be done to prevent this from happening to others. In this day and age it's unacceptable.

This is a first time I have to pick up my Pokemon cards because the driver couldn’t walk 15 feet to put it on my doorstep while my husband was home, just a left a slip with my other small package in the mailbox. And first time I have to SIGN THE PACKAGE JUST FOR CARDS. ARE YOU KIDDING ME!?!?

We have a pavilion with mailboxes at Alys Beach. I walked over to get my mail, and a postal employee had ALL the mailboxes open. She quickly ran around the corner to me and said “no, no, no! You can’t get the mail with these boxes open!” I said “I will just get the mail from my box. Or you can give it to me. See here? I have the key for box XXX.” She said “no, I won’t do that. You have to come back later.” I stared at her in disbelief. She said “do you want me to call security?” I stared again, then calmly said “typical government employee,” and I walked away. She thinks she has too much power, and she doesn’t want to be helpful. If I went to the UPS Store under similar conditions, they would have smiled and handed me the contents of my mailbox. The USPS is a failing institution, and they wonder why. SMH.
