The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Went in to upgrade my husband and my phone and we were told there were no “hidden fees or charges” but what they don’t tell you is that you’ll be charged $145 for taxes. THEN, when you ask an employee to review the charges for a better understanding, they huff and puff while making you feel incompetent. While we don’t mind paying taxes, we do mind being spoken to in such terrible manner. We have been Verizon customers for over 10 YEARS! AND ON TOP OF THAT, my new phone is noticeably slower than my old phone. Highly considering switching to another network carrier because of this experience. Verizon should highly reevaluate the employees they have working at this location representing their company. Do yourself a favor and go down the road to the next Verizon. This place is such a scam and a joke.

Kamron is absolutely AMAZING. He has taken the time to find us the absolute best deals, and is genuinely excited when we, the customers, are excited. He goes above and beyond anytime we have any cellular issues with our Business devices or connectivity and is always able to fix it. Thank you, Kamron!

I went in to this store to check on my Apple car play. Derrick was available to help me. He checked my phone to see what was going on and fixed it all up and it connected to my car again. It was a quick visit. Derrick was quick and made things look so easy. I highly recommend this store and Derrick if he is available to help you.

I got a new Samsung S24 Ultra from a store in Pier Park North. It had a couple glitches and they couldn't help and just sent me on my way dissatisfied. I went to this store and they were kind enuff to fix them. All with a smile and great service. I won't go anywhere else in the future!

We had traveled to Panama City Beach for our son’s baseball tournament and he had been having issues with his phone since December. Our local Verizon store was useless in helping and he thought the issue was fixed after getting help from Apple support. It was not and got worse. We took his phone to Cellular Sales and met Bill Perry. He was awesome! He took the time to figure out the issue, and then figure out our best option for this unique situation. I wish more businesses conducted themselves like this. If I have an issue again, I will be tempted to drive almost 4 hours to get Bill’s help again.

Xavier was very nice and helpful during my visit for a new phone. He even showed me how I can get discounts on my new plan! Def recommend! Great experience! Also had help from Will recently with fixing my old phone and he was great too!

Thank you so much to Will Perry for the great customer service support he gave me! Very patient and he saw how important it was to have my data transferred to me and went above and beyond to help me out. I appreciate the friendly staff there as well. If I ever have any issues again the first thing I will do is head over there. Thanks for making my experience a great one

Kamron is the best. Went in to get a new tablet, walked out with a new tablet and 2 new iphone 14s. Kamron was very patient, knowledgeable, and helpful. He took a long time with us to make certain all of information, etc. was transferred to the new devices. In addition, he informed us of some verizon deals that we were able to take advantage of to get the best cost. Thanks Kamron for being so patient and thorough.
