Never will pickup phone !! I desperately needed to contact them about some prescriptions and they continuously don't pickup and place the call back on hold without speaking to me at all ! Can't answer phone for customers then hire enough people !!!!

Tried to get my prescription from the VA filled here as I left mine at home in Iowa. It took 3 days and multiple calls to finally get resolved.

Rude! Robert was extremely rude when my phone number did not show up in the system as a rewards member. He then said I must have forgotten my own phone number associated with my account - I only have one phone number and I typed it in several times. He then proceeded talk badly about me to other customers and staff as I went to put back items that I would have gotten on sale due to being a rewards member. Will take my business else where.

RUDE! There was a promotion that didn't work like I thought it did, so I asked the associate to remove the items... no big deal right? Well not to Robert... he sighed, took them off while being clearly bothered by it. Then he just handed me the bags of what I did buy and sighed again. No thank you, no come again, not another word really, just a sigh of frustration.
Not surprised at all that this location has so many bad reviews already...

The dark hair girl working the counter at 4pm on March 5th is awful. Incredibly rude and condescending. Like people are too dumb to see and hear how horribly she speaks to them. I saw her treat every person she dealt with in the same rude manner. That girl should be fired. We will not return. Walmart was out of the prescription or we would not have went. I’m not a Walmart store fan but their pharmacies are pretty awesome.

Called in an RX. They said it would be available next day by 11am.After waiting in a VERY long line ( They only had 1 person working the counter) I was informed that the call center must have dropped the ball and not put the RX through. So frustrated.

I don’t even know what to say about this place. I guess the best way to say it is they could care less about you. If they don’t have what you need they don’t care even if you have gotten the medicine from them for months, they will do nothing to help you. I’ve been lied to by them ,called back the next day and been told a different story. Just awful. If you care about yourself, your health, your family, even if your insurance is through Walgreens, I would highly recommend using a different Walgreens.
