I have to give 1 star but the wait and response after wait is ridiculous. I went in there and they told me they have it filled in an hour. I waited an hour and after that they said they don't have in stock. Their system don't even tell that they do not have medication in stock. I went the next day and they said I don't have any precautions showing that needs to be pick up. This is crazy.

I went in and spoke to Andrew about developing some 35mm film and he was not only very knowledgeable, but super friendly and polite. 10/10 would deal with Andrew when doing any sort of photo work.

Had to wait nearly an hour for two ER medications. I waited longer here and han I did for medical attention. No wonder Walgreens is going out of business everywhere ?

I found everyone, especially Connie the pharmacist, to be lovely. She answered my personal questions and I did not feel rushed. In spite of being incredibly busy I walked away feeling heard. In addition, the two young ladies, working at the front, had smiles on the faces the whole time I was watching. There was one elderly woman who was having difficulties and must have been there at least 10 minutes. Again, the staff could not have been nicer to her.

This is the worst Walgreens ever!!!!! I went there on 2/1/24 with my daughter so we can have our Covid vaccine done. Couple days after my daughter shot showed up in the Florida department of health system but mine didn’t. Been back and forth between health department and Walgreens on how to correct the error. Only to find out the mistake was on Walgreens end as the didn’t enter my DOB correctly. I correct that and asked for a copy. Becky who was the one attending to me, said I can’t get a copy as it was filed away and I should call the corporate office. I called the corporate office who said they should have fixed it at Walgreens. Now, if it’s showing on the system why wouldn’t I be able to get a printed copy for my records as I got one before?? Needlessly to say, Becky seem to be clueless about everything for someone working in the pharmacy section and her mannerism was poor!! I’ll NEVER go back there.

After 2 years of this specific Walgreens waisting my time every month I made the decision it wasn’t going to happen ever again. I’ve switched my health insurance, even paying considerably more money a month just to be able to switch pharmacies. Absolutely no customer service is provided. LONG wait times on the phone just to be hung up on when it’s my turn. Will not automatically fill a prescription when it’s the due date. If something happens and they can’t fill your prescription (maybe due to insurance issues or out of stock) there is no courtesy call to let you know. Walgreens has stolen so much of my time and energy plus days I should be taking my medicine. Im absolutely sick over it.

Worst customer service, worst waiting time, impossible to get a hold of. I think my 12 year old nephew could manage this pharmacy better. If you would like to be either fully healthy or dead by the time your script is filled order it here!

I've been to every pharmacy on the beach. Walgreens is by far the most efficient pharmacy on PCB. After signing up w/ their automated system it makes picking up scripts a breeze & gives updates on which ones are filled, in progress and completed. Hands down much better than Publix.

Waited 25 minutes just for them to answer the phone and be rude to me after I had to fix an issue that they caused. Apparently the obnoxious person I spoke to was their pharmacist. All I was trying to do was get my rx transferred to different pharmacy but took me over an hour because they claimed to not have my rx there multiple times. If I hadn't worked in pharmacy prior, I would've been completely out of luck just because of their lack of thoroughness.

Pharmacy is terrible. They cant even keep a basic medication in stock and no one there seems to care.

The manager was very courteous. I'm disappointed with how their coupons system work. I didn't buy what I went to buy due to the online coupons and in-store options not matching up and honored. CVS coupon system is much more efficient and user friendly.

Do not use the drive thru pharmacy, near closing time. I was in line at the drive thru pharmacy prior to 7pm, closing time. One car in front of me took about 10-15 minutes, making it 7:05.They closed the gate and went home as I pulled up!. Recommend you go inside!!!

PCB Walgreens. The dr sent rx to walgreen & I gave it 2 hours. Got to the drive thru had to my horn for an attendant. Of course it wasn't ready, I said its not waiting to be filled. No nothing. I live 5 mins from them, when I got in the door...they called to tell my rx is ready! Gave 1 star they deserve zero!!

Sign reads "pharmacy closed " So I asked cashier and then another employee told me I can't read. The sign actually read closed on memorial day but that part was obstructed from view. I can read just not through solid mass. ???

Just left this store and I was simply flabbergasted by the rudeness of the lady stocking the cold medication area when we passed. But it gets worse… Astepro was advertised as being on sale for $14.99 and rang up at $18.99. When we informed Robert who was working the front register he impolitely stated he couldn’t go back because we had to enter our rewards number before he rang us up. Amazingly bad customer service. We are still shock.
