I'm not sure how after all this time I call in prescription told when it will be ready & every single time it's not ready then if you don't recall all prescriptions sent they won't fill them even though you give the birthday they are looking right at it but won't tell you or ask do you want this filled. Yesterday I went for my brother & 3 xs Manda said his prescription wasn't there & he wasn't in their system at all even though I just had something filled for him days before that they said would be ready but wasn't. She did not ask once how to spell his name then when i questioned prescription she said oh I didn't spell his name right I'm trying to help somebody & she would have had me leave & come back so it's odd to say the least i can't believe I have to go thru So much just to fill my prescriptions there I feel they are overworked & try to get you to change pharmacy that's My opinion on the matter but I wish they weren't so difficult every time!

By far the worst Walmart pharmacy I have ever been to. I was intown for work and needed my prescription filled. They would have to request the prescription from a Pensacola Walmart pharmacy. They didn't and the next day they asked me to call them which is against the policy but the tech in Pensacola was kind enough to call them and transfer the prescription. I called in the afternoon and asked when can I pick the medication and the same lady told me it will be next week. They are out of stock. I asked if should check with the other Walmart pharmacies in Panama City and again, she said I have to call them and check on it myself. Which I did and the other pharmacy called them and transferred, and my medicine was ready the next morning. What is going on here? Why the poor service? I hope the district manager comes across this and work on getting this pharmacy back on track.

One of the worst pharmacy’s. Have been using them for about 8 months, with no changes in medications, and somehow always there are “issues”, which cause the prescriptions to not be filled when needed . They do not seem willing to help nor do they have any communication skills with their customers. Do not expect timely fills, OR any sort of assistance when questions are asked. Walgreens across the street is a much better option and we will not be using this pharmacy now, or in the future.

Had a BAD experience with DYLAN the last time I was there maybe 10 months or longer. walk in to get my meds he told me it wasnt there without even looking he just glance over told me to call my doctor which I did without hesitation and he informed me it was sent over from the day before. I begged him to look again. He said" i already told you I cant help you" After about 20 minutes he went and took it up tell me price etc. No eye contact no apology etc.It HURTS to even go into details I walked out with tears in my eyes.

If I could ZERO stars, I would. My husband and our friends headed to the technology section to pickup a speaker and some Polaroids. Upon arrival the only associate working in this department was helping someone. We PATIENTLY waited, and when we were stepping up to the register my husband asked if she could help us unlock 2 items we were looking at. Her reply "You need 2 things!?" shocked me. As she walked over to help us constant groaning was taking place. She asked which one we wanted and upon request promptly told us "there aren't any" (without looking). So we decided ok- let's just ask her to unlock the Polaroids for us. We approach the camera section and I request we get 2 packs of Polaroids to which she immediately responded "you want 2?" I said yes ma'am. Another customer asked if she could get some help to which the associate replied "They still want to look at a speaker so I have to go over here" I said "Ma'am you can help her considering we have not yet decided which speaker we want yet" and to which she replied "no I'll just go over here right now I'm already going this way" then rolled her eyes and huffed and puffed. After buying over $100 worth of products I have to say this was the WORST customer service I've ever experienced. Very rude. And unhelpful.

Employees here are super rude. Even the stockers they do not care to move out of the way like they will throw things and trash down in front of you. We were in line on the other side of the store and asked the self checkout lady if she could help us get it purchased and she really just said "no" and walked away so we went to the other side and grabbed it, and then left. No one says hello or makes eye contact

Walmart pharmacy is the slowest lying. people I've seen. They overcharge you . Told me 2 hours for 12 pills. Came to pick up and then said not ready maybe mother 30 minutes. they were rube to me and never apologized. PCB Walmart pharmacy is bad stay away.

I love drugs so my suggestion is Walmart pharmacy they have a great staff and plenty of drugs!

We are snow birds and shop here. This is a great Walmart. Always some one to ask questions and directions from. We have used the pharmacy twice now with no problem.
