I had the pleasure of working with Ms Devon Duke when I needed to change my property insurance. Ms Duke was professional, informative and responsive. She explained insurance coverage options to me and costs based on my needs. Upon making a decision, she walked me through the process of putting everything in place. When an issue arose with an error made by my mortgage company, her immediate response enabled me to quickly resolve the issue. Pam Hawley just completed my annual homeowner insurance review. She saved me about $500 per year by combining my hurricane coverage with my current homeowner insurer, rather than having two insurance policies. Great to work with her!

Devon was amazing. We mistakenly went to wrong agency at first and she was so helpful. We went to our correct agency and customer service was not what we expected. We immediately went back to see Devon at Acentria and moved our new condo insurance there. We will also be moving our other two to Acentria and Devon. Great experience!
