I went in to the store for an upgrade. James greeted me right away and helped me get the new phone I needed and got it all set up for me. Very pleased with his service and knowledge.

I have been an AT&T customer for a long time. Had a problem, went to the store, problem solved within 10 minutes. Why do you make it so hard to talk to a human?
