What a great crew providing the very best of service. Imagine my surprise when I walked in to replace my Apple watch and as I looked around I noticed the same knowledgeable and courteous employees. That says a lot about management and it shows in customer service. By the way I went in on a Friday and had my new Apple watch delivered by Monday morning, thanks Sam.

Ariela was absolutely amazing. She answered all of my questions and pointed out some account short falls dealing with insurance. I will use this location which is next to one blood, planet fitness, and kohls all of which I do business with already.

My family had quite a difficult experience trying to transfer accounts over the phone! Lucky for us, we were assisted by Ariella (Ari) and later on joined by Katherine (Kate). The two of them not only found us the best deals but they also made the necessary calls needed for us to get situated. The process was stressful but w/their assistance the process was way more bearable! You should make your way to this specific location just to work with either Ariella or Katherine! You won’t be disappointed! Highly recommended!! Thank you Ari & Kate! Have a happy and safe holidays.

Had prepaid card promise if I went post I could get my phone I wanted. They didn't port phone over 4 days and then they told me I couldn't get my phone because it was to late . Change carriers. Now I'm having problems with porting my phone over to Verizon because of att .again . To much to handle and they don't know what their doing . They told me to go to att store and get pin did that and they said have to go to another store. This is my number I brought over and I can't get it transfered to my phone . Horrible knowledge, service & they act like they don't care. My phone was lost so I couldn't get feed bak they needed. So I'm screwed! With that number this is horrible .

If I could leave ZERO stars I would! We purchased a iphone 14 max from this store a month ago. We took the phone back four days later because of dropped calls and blackouts! The young lady that helped us assured us that there was nothing wrong with the phone. Now a few weeks later and my phone blacks out for 3 hours! We take it into the store located on hwy 77 in PC Fla. Store manager Patrick assisted us( or at least tried/but really did not care). I was explaining to him what happened, he pulls up the account and states " you are out of the window for us to return it"! I informed him that we had been in before about this issue and his employee said she could find nothing wrong with the phone. He states there is nothing I can do but tell you to take the phone to Best Buy! Patrick did not try to help me at all, it was like he was very uninterested, did not stand strong on his reasoning, had zero confidence in himself, and zero customer service skills. He did not do a great job at customer service. We have never encountered this at this store, nor have we never worked with him when we have came in. He informed us that he did reach out to area manager and she told him nothing they can do to send us to BEST BUY! or drive to the nearest APPLE STORE! I drive 45 mins to work daily and 45 mins back home, being without a phone on that road is out the question, we conduct our business through this phone as well. Patrick nor his boss could careless about the inconvenience they have caused us and pretty much just wanted us out the store. This store lacks leadership and customer service. Its more to a job than making money. If you are having a bad day store manager PATRICK I suggest you not take it out on your customers! the customers that walk into this store is your paycheck sir. Having zero care and in customer service industry might not be the job for you. I am very unhappy with the service I received today from store manager PATRICK and his area manager. They did not care about the customer at all. Being the manager I expected more sympathy for the customer, and more to be done.
