We had an issue with a flip phone, less than one year old. Shayne confirmed the phone would NOT ring, told us how to send it in for a replacement, AND activated an extra phone we had. He was SO pleasant and helpful!! 100% would recommend him.

The sales rep Crystal gave great Service resolve my issue and gave me an upgrade under a promo deal and added an Apple watch for bonus deal. Store can get busy but she seems to multitask.

We went to AT&T
Tyndall pky store.we met there Mr Henry Williams we are senior citizens and we had problem with our phones.Henry took care of our every problem.He is very professional, kind and understand his job thoroughly.

Instead of paying by Auto pay, I had to on the day my bill was due-- go into the AT&T store, nearby. The lone young lady there, I recognized and she greeted me promptly, asking me what she could do for me that afternoon.Pay my bill and was it possible to split it with a payment in cash and a debit card? She said yes, and handled the transaction in a professional manner, even as I asked her about the availability of the S23 phone.They have it for sale at $800, but I didn't get to ask if they accept trade ins or anything, because my Mom was waiting for me in the van, in that hot, Florida weather.Business first, shopping later. The AT&T rep was professional.
