Thought I was going to a business which might be able to answer questions and make appointment for work I need done. Waited 15 minutes and no one came to speak with us. We saw only one person as we drove up and he disappeared before we got out of our vehicle. Strange way to do business. Couldn't even get anyone to answer the phone. Are you all closed on Fridays with your gate open, bay doors open and office doors unlocked?”
“Excellent service from Jeff Guyton. We had low tire pressure sign that would not go away on Mazda CX -50 and fubkeys low battery. Jeff did everything promptly put air in our tires, replaced batteries and did not charge us anything. He made our day!”

“I have lived all over and traveled all over and have learned to appreciate a good set of tires throughout my life but even more so a reliable place to buy the tires where they care about the work they do. I have dealt with countless mishaps and broken tpms sensors over the years and I am tired of it, and I bought my previous set from a big box store and never felt they were right. I’m also looking for a very specific tire where I tried a couple other places and they wouldn’t even bother to look and see if they could order anything even close. So in my search for someone who cared enough to even pretend to try to look for said tires and reading a few reviews I ran across Bay Town Tires, they seemed to be a smaller shop and it is close to my house so I figured it’s at least worth checking.
After that it just turned into one of those moments where I caught myself standing there thinking “this is the place to buy tires, I was supposed to come here”.
Not only did he find the tires (they are popular in other areas and sometime hard to find) he also gave me a great time frame of only a few days. It turns out the tires come in the next day and he called me and said bring it on in and he had me taken care of and out the door in less than an our and the price was absolutely more than fair for the tires I got and the way above average service I received. Driving away from Bay Town with a new set of Falken Wildpeak AT4Ws is the best my car has ever handled and and farther concludes my suspicion that the big box store that previously did it pulled some sort of shenanigans besides breaking a couple of lugs and tpms censors. (I have a full story about that and should probably put a review up for the place I got them, it’s probably a cousin of Pam’s Club or something like that….)
Long story short, if you need tires in the bay county area I cannot recommend Bay Town Tires enough! Great service, great price, fast, cares about the work they do, and didn’t try to sell me what I didn’t need, he wanted me to leave with a smile, and I did!
Ps: I also want to add that I was helping my older neighbor fix her lawnmower and the wheel wouldn’t hold air and I brought it to him and he took care of me in no time at all. This is the place if you want a good set of tires and you value your ride (and wallet) and like to take care of it!”

“We had to have our oil changed and 20,000 mile maintenance performed on our 2024 Volkswagen Atlas at Panama City Volkswagen. Upon arrival we were informed that the time to perform all maintenance may take 2 to 3 hours. “We recently had some damage to our relatively new truck and got repair estimates from 4 different auto body shops. Our experience with Mike was the best! He said he could do the repairs and make our beautiful truck like new again. He could do it in a timely manner and at a lower cost than the other 3 auto body shops.
