They did the oil change and tire rotation fine and in good time. When I asked about an issue I was having with the check engine light, they said it would either be 3 months before I could get an appointment or I could just drop it off for 1 to 2 days. Which means I would have to rent a car. They had no one that could take a look then because of no techs available. Why even pay for a new truck when you can’t get it serviced properly? I can drive an old beater around with the check engine light on and save on the payments.

I had a fantastic purchasing experience on 4/8/22 with Sam Palmer and the AutoNation Ford PC dealership. Sam was exceptionally responsive to questions and forthright on vehicle any related imperfections. He is very engaged and perceptive in his customer interactions and goes the above and beyond to ensure all needs are met. For example, the trailer hitch cover was missing from the vehicle after detailing, and Sam promptly checked with the shop, located the part, and shipped it to Indiana (received the day of this posting). Kudos, too, to Charles and the Finance team who worked to get titling addressed for a buyer in a state in which they had never sold a vehicle.I highly recommend this dealership and would seek out Sam Palmer to work with again.Great experience!

Great and relaxed experience. The way a car sale should be. Salesmen were great. Not pushy. Basically, in this time, if you're going to buy a new vehicle you already known what you want. They didn't try to upgrade or add on a ton of dealer items.Would buy here again.

My first trip to auto nation for service. I purchased my truck from another dealer, but they didn't hold that against me. My service advisor was a man named Jesse. He was fantastic. Along with the truck purchase I bought an extended warranty through the dealership. Jesse quickly took my information down, and off I went, hoping for the best. Within the day auto nation had my truck fixed, along with other recalls I didn't even know about. Jesse dealt with the 3rd party warranty company on my behalf, saving me valuable time. Jesse called and explained the repair, the recall repairs, and made arrangements for pickup. Very timely and professional!

Let me start out by saying I hate buying cars. But Sam is extremely easy to work with and his follow up has been excellent. I'm not the type to buy the first car and leave, so his questions to find what I was really looking for were very helpful. This process took a while, and his patience was amazing. When we finally found the car, crossover actually, Charlie and Keith were super additions to our car team. Oh, and Sam's follow up continues still. I told them I would absolutely recommend them, and I do. I'm thrilled to say that this was an excellent experience. Thanks!

Staying in Florida for a couple months and found it necessary to have my car serviced. It was a major repair. The dealership was backed up with their schedule but got me worked into the schedule. Parts were ordered and a new transmission installed and I was back and operational within 2 weeks. All my dealings were with Jesse Norton. He was friendly, knowlegeable, and kept me informed throughout the process. He is professional and an excellent representative for Ford

Worst service experience. Dropped my truck off at 8 am for some warranty work after waiting weeks for appointment. I was immediately up sold an oil change, wipers, tire quote etc. They called at 3pm to let me know that the warranty part they had was "ear marked" for someone else. I promptly told them to put my truck back together and send the shuttle to pick me up. The shuttle never showed so I had a coworker drop me off at 4:30. Nothing had been done after keeping my truck all day.

I do not care for car dealerships as many I’m sure don’t, but this experience was the best experience I’ve ever had. Steve is the best dealer I have ever worked with and he was phenomenal. He was not pushy, he was very helpful and helped me get the best deal for my trade in. If you need a new/used car, this is the place to go. And ask for Steve, he is the best!

Good service- However, did not clean car handle when completed & did not reset maintenance required warning light. 2 hour round trip to get it reset. Very disappointing. Also, did not get me price estimate for 97k maintenance & never called me back with it either.

The dealership is VERY backed up at the moment. They were scheduling people 3 months out for service. This is somewhat understandable, given our nations current situation. However, I had an issue with my truck that needed immediate attention (under warranty) and was able to get in relatively quickly. 1st, they had the truck for a full week and determined that they could not hear or find the issue I had been experiencing. I had to rent a vehicle, out of pocket, for that week, which nothing got done to the truck. Next (week two), they found the issue and ordered the parts. Lastly (week three), picked up the truck and found a nice new scratch in my paint. And, the work they did, did not actually fix the vehicle. May need to go back for more work to be done, but don’t want to have to take it back there…After going back and forth for 3 weeks, I have a new scratch in my truck and it is not fixed….pretty disappointed, to say the least!
