I almost did business with this company but prices are non negotiable. So I checked into Kelly Blue Book and others, did my homework on the car I was interested in and found this company was about $3000 higher. Without negotiating purchasing wasn't for me.

Not truthful in what they say they would provide. Same old switch bait tactics. They say they would do the deal , then that last minute the price changes, why, oh the GM ( the man behind the curtain) wants to go with this price. Waste of time , in the end I just left.

What a joke of a Dept this is, I honestly wish I had read these reviews before I bought the 100k car here. These dealerships sell you these service packages when you buy the car but in reality, you can never really use them because they make it so logistically hard to get anything done. I had a very specific conversation over the phone when I set the appointment on what was needed and the check engine light was on, etc. I was also very specific that I didn’t really need an oil change but that they could do one while they were in there. So I take the time, get someone to come with me in an additional vehicle so I don’t have to wait all day, and show up at my appointed time. Turns out, all they were going to do was the oil change that I didn’t need. Would have to leave it there for a week if I wanted any kind of diagnostics. None of this was part of my phone conversation when I set the appointment. They are so indifferent about it too. Thanks for wasting my time. Do better.

I moved to the area and took my 22' Bronco to service. They found a differential leak and took care of it under warranty once they received the parts. It took a while to get scheduled for the repair due to a backlog of services, but once it was prepared, David Ward took excellent care of me.

I purchased my Explorer here in 2017. It's been a great vehicle but when I need service, they're beyond impossible to get into. I have 3 recalls I can't get done. Also have left over oil changes from the package I bought which I highly recommend you never buy because you can't get in there to get them done. Love Fords but service is pathetic!!! Check out the new Hyundai Santa Fe, Im from a Ford family but now am defecting!

Immature, rude sales manager Andrew Silva, would not answer my question as to how they appraised my car for 35% less than the resale value online. I was looking to trade my car in as Auto Trader had a car I was interested in. Then Auto Nation of Panama City contacted making me an insulting offer. I asked why two times, and Mr. Silva replied verbatim "I don't know why you purchased a high end Italian car and want to trade it in." When I emailed him back, I stated that is NOT what I asked. Again, please tell me your logic for the low end offer on my car. Again he emailed back with the same stupid reply instead of answering me. "I don't know why you purchased a high end Italian car and want to trade it in." He's got the maturity of a 6 year old and won't answer because they are a rip off dealer who thinks their potential customers are idiots. See email chain below between myself and Silva. You have got to be kidding. This car is a 2022, fully loaded Veloce model. I paid 52k for it brand new, and you're saying it depreciated in less than 2 years by 60%?? That's an insult to my intelligence. At minimum, my car is worth 39k. See attached chart of resale value for the 2022 alfa romeo giulia with 30k miles.I look forward to hearing your appraiser's explanation. A 3000.00 profit on selling my car through Auto Nation is plenty. You guys don't need to make 10k or more at my expense On Thu, Jul 13, 2023 at 8:51?AM Courtney Panzer wrote:Hello,My name is Andrew, I'm the Sales Manager here at the Ford dealership. We went in to order a car, we did so & then purchased a vehicle for our son to take to college. Pasha was great to work with! He was very understanding & efficient. He took into mind what we were looking for, he didn’t try to show us something out of our budget, or something we weren’t interested in! We had a 5* experience & we will be back to do business again with Pasha @ AutoNation.

AC wasn't working in my 2016 Ford Fiesta. I initially took it to Tuffy, but they couldn't fix it. Called the dealership and they charge $109 for a complete car inspection and diagnostic. Jonathan was very professional and courteous. Dropped off my car and 4 days later picked it up. Sensor near the cabin air filter was loose. They plugged the sensor in and AC worked. They also replaced my rear brake light. Out the door, the total price was $218. No maintenance lights on and car working flawlessly. Thank you!

If you are looking for someone to go to work for you and find what you want, this is the place! Walked us through the whole process and answered any questions that we had. First thing that stood out was it was about the customer and not just about a sale. Most of all loving our new ride!

Brought my 2019 King Ranch in, still under manufacturer warranty plus an additional $1600 extended warranty, in for service due to hard shifting and the entertainment center display freezing. The lady who took my initial call asked for my vin and name and verified that everything was under warranty and that they would take care of my rental car. She mentioned they could have the car 3-5 days. My appointment was set 3-4 weeks out. When I showed up, they had no loaner and told me that I was going to be shuttled to the nearest Enterprise where, since my truck was under warranty, would cover my rental. 5 days later, I had still heard nothing, even after calling every day. The 5th day around 3:00pm (Friday) The service technician said they were out driving the vehicle and would let me know what they found. 3 days later I called and the technician surprisingly answered the phone this time, but 30seconds into the conversation said he had to leave as he had a customer in front of him and would call me back. 10 days later, from dropping it off, I get a call that my truck is ready and that the issues was my 10-speed automatic transmission needed a software update and that since no physical defect was wrong that it was not covered by either of my warranties. The tech even told me that he had messed up and should have told me that my software update was not covered. So Enterprise charged me $1600 for a ten day rental. Funny thing is, I contacted my warranty company and they told me Autonation Ford had never called them as it is required before any kind of work is started. So now I have a $1600 on my credit card, my entertainment system is still freezing and my truck is still hard shifting. I am going to see a local attorney this Monday and see what he suggests. Avoid these thieves and scam-artists like the plague. Everyone I know at the two local Military bases now know of their antics. I hope they lose 100's of thousands in business.

Excellent, friendly, and knowledgeable staff. John Meola is a great service advisor. He responded to my questions and requirements such as getting me to home and back to the dealer. He went over the ticket with me to make sure everything I asked for was completed!

I've dealt with AutoNation for years. Both buying and for service. I'm not sure what's happening but you can stand in front of employees that are eating at their station and be ignored. Your vehicle can be ready for a while and you can be sitting there waiting. You can have an appointment, which can be a long wait, and it means nothing. You can tow your vehicle to them and have an appointment and you will still not be given priority. Plan to leave it for at least a week. It makes me very sad to see this business grow out of its ability to serve customers like they used to.
