Boost really fell off. I was with them for over 10 years and it was great. Left for two, came back, and now they just treat customers like garbage. I opened NINE new lines with them and since day one its been nothing but issues. Incompetent agents putting the wrong phone numbers. The same phone number on multiple accounts, their system has locked my phone for a total of 7 days. They had no idea why or how and I haven't been compensated for the time that I wasn't getting service. All of the agents lie. You get a different story from each one. 25+ hours on the phone and they don't care at all about the inconvenience and hassle they cause. Rude and uneducated agents who relish the act of wasting your time and patronizing you. One by one I will be transferring my lines out. I don't care if I have to pay more. My time is more valuable. Also, the service absolutely SUCKS. The data wastes SO inaccurately fast. Never used more than 5gb a month with the other carrier and now 5gb is gone in less than a week. Absolute SCAM. DONT SIGN UP!!!!!!

I love this Boost store on Front Beach Rd PCB . He always helps me with any questions I may have anytime I stop in this store. I have been with Boost mobile 20 yrs. Love their customer service. Wonderful. Is this PCB. STORE STILL OPEN? WENT BY OTHER DAY LOOKED CLOSED?

I like to start by saying that I have been a Boost Mobile customer since the early 2000's. On the 31st of May I received a text message from Boost saying that the website was undergoing maintenance. I was locked out of my account. My bill is set up for auto-pay, and it has always been paid automatically. The new system dropped my auto-pay without warning, and my account has been disabled. I received a text message this morning from Boost about my account. I spoke with a customer care rep, explained that I did not have access to my account and why. She said that I would have to set up auto-pay again to gain access to the account. I also, explained that I have never missed a payment, and it is only because of the website undergoing maintenance that I missed a payment. I asked if she would credit my account because of the interruption of my account. She said that she would not be able to at this time. I said, in the past where there was an interruption of service caused by the provider, they would in most cases give a credit. I thought this might be one of those situations, but apparently I was wrong. I'm very disappointed with the service I received today. It was a simple matter of adding credits, but I guess they don't mind losing business!

No phone inventory at all, so don't bother trying to buy anything from them because they don't have anything, complete garbage customer service

John is the man to see if you have boost. Under staffed like everywhere. If ya can't park easily it's probably busy with a wait.

Showed up at 6:50 but store was not open ....but it was closed ....with the employee sitting in there Cars in the Parking lot.... that was with me go to 2 other storesCallaway closed at 5..Lynn haven, had a sign that said go to 15th street so I went over there lol...then i found empty closed store and with time to spare

Your service representative.. obviously doesn't want to be at work this afternoon.she didn't greet me. She wasn't wearing na name badge. She was quite rude actually.I told her what brought me to her store today... And she had a nasty stanking attitude. And I asked her, ma'am what's up with your attitude ! She goes, I don't have one. Right ! OK.. I left and had to go to another location to get what I needed from Boost. Help the Customer !

Horrible place i got there xfinity prepaid internet paid over 100$ for a modem that only lasted 3 months a storm went threw modem quit working boost and xfinity prepaid would not give me a replacement or even a refurbished one just told me I'd have to buy everything over again! Do not waist your money on this you'll be buying new modems a couple times a year. One star don't waist your money!
