Bought some earbuds a few days ago from a lady. Turns out when I went home they were broken and couldn't charge. Then today, I went again and got new ones to only find out that there was nothing in the box. I went back and tried to get new ones or a refund at the least. They didn't do anything about it.

If I could give them less of a star I would! I will never ever go to a BP gas station again! I went to get gas so my 5yr old and autistic 6 yr old sons and I could drive home after my mother's Memorial. We spread her ashes in the ocean. They refused my BP gift card stating that they are changing companys. I explained that was our only gas money and my sons and I would be stranded! They still refused... All of the signs still say BP the employees uniform still says BP. I am now Stranded with my two small children very far from home! Completely enraged not only will I never go to a BP again but neither will my family or anyone I know!!!!! BTW this is the only negative review I've ever given! I will also be posting thison Facebook!

They don't close until 10 but rhe associate closed the bathroom, refused to allow me to use it so I decided not to buy cigarettes, gas or the other items I was going to purchase. Extremely rude and unprofessional.

Rude, immature, and absolutely horrible customer service. I came in to cash in a lottery ticket. The 2 girls working there were near the back,,one was mopping, the other was on her phone. They both noticed me and one disappeared and the other one kept mopping. She took her time and finished,,then slowly put the mop away then paused to arrange something on a shelf, then got to the counter and just stood there looking at me. This was easily 5 minutes after they both looked at me when I walked up to the counter. I gestured to the ticket and she rudely asks "what do you want"? So I picked up the ticket and dropped it in front of her and say I would like to cash the ticket. She says "I don't have to do anything for you" and throws the ticket in my direction and tells Me I'm rude and I need to leave! These 2 girls always seem to try to do the absolute LEAST for what they're payed. They have Lousy attitudes, Lousy personalities, and a non-existent work ethic.
