Jon is fantastic. He is very transparent and makes things easy for any customer to understand through the whole process of buying a car , while also lighting the mood with good humor. All in all he talks as if you’re an actual human and not just a business prospect which is rare these days. A+

I’m not good at this type of thing ? so plain and simple I would recommend them to anyone! I left satisfied and everyone was so kind and friendly. The process was quick, I applied online and they got me approved and I was in and out in just a couple of hours. Definitely 5 stars.

My salesman Jordan really hooked me up with a great deal on an even greater truck than I expected. Wasn't exactly expecting to leave with anything that day. This was our first choice to visit. Didn't take long to find what we wanted. Jordan set us up and took care of us answered our questions and was honest about anything we asked. Definitely recommend to anyone that might be looking .

Love this place :) They will work with you as long as you give them good communication. The staff is sweet and beyond helpful. I would definitely do business again. Plus they report to the credit bureaus which is a plus.

This place is horrible. They are horrible to their customers. Intentionally treating them bad. My ride is financing a car though bubba hill. Horrible mistake. When you are paying for one of their vehicles they leave this chip (for lack of better word) in your vehicle which makes them able to turn the vehicle off and back on, which is only supposed to be used when payments are late or if your insurance lapses. My friend got off work at 4:30 yesterday and was going to go pay the car insurance which wasn't due until the 31st of the month. Yesterday was the 30th. She couldn't start the car because they had turned it off. She called them and they said it was due to the insurance payment (which wasn't due yet not to mention she had called the insurance man and let him know she was coming in after work). They would not restart the car for her and told her they would when they received a code from the insurance man. This was at 4:30 pm. Bubba Hill closes at five. My friend got her coworker to drive her to the insurance place,made the payment, the insurance man tried to call them at bubba hill and give them their precious code but they had already closed. The time now is 4:47pm. Not only had they already talked to my friend only fifteen minutes earlier so they knew what was going on, they made a point to leave early so her car couldn't be turned back on. That is a perfect example of how they treat their customers And how her experience with them since getting the car has been. My friend and I work an hour away from home so we did not get to go home last night. My mother had to get my son from the babysitter and let him stay the night with her so she could get him to school. My animals have not been fed since yesterday morning. This is all due to bubba hill workers intentionally leaving early because they obviously get some sort of sick thrill from screwing people that do business with them. DO NOT BUY YOUR VEHICLE HERE. I see calls to the bbb and car shopping in the near future.

These people are amazing. Everyone I've dealt with there is very professional and polite. If there's an issue they solve it . Will definitely continue doing business with bubba Hill auto plaza!
