I just love going to C and N Dollar Outlet. It's really a hidden gem here in Panama that I only discovered after being here for several years. It's not huge but you can probably find whatever you need or possibly could want, from kitchen, to tools, to dragons and incence. Even kimonos to cell phone cases with prices that are more than reasonable. I got an Otter Box for my s9 for 12 bucks! It's run by the owners who always greet you coming in and give you personal service if you need help or have a question.

Been a regular there for many years now, we buy all kinds of stuff from there, it's not the best in the world, but really good for the ridiculous low prices and if something is obviously wrong, they gladly give me a store credit for it which seems plenty fair since tons of stuff is a Dollar.
