Ronald Regan was my salesman. He is a really nice guy. I told him I was looking for a r.v. but was not ready to buy. He showed me many different ones . I will definitely going back when I have made up my mind.

Salesmen was great, we love our new rig. Our technical walk thru did not answer all of our questions. I think they should have read up on our particular model a little more.

I was very reluctant to purchase an RV through Camping World but since the only dealer in town sells Keystone I had no choice. The actual process of coming to agreeable numbers was quite easy - our sales Guy Caleb was great for a very young salesman and should be rewarded by Camping World. Rating 5 out of 5. At this time I told them I was awaiting a mechanic to fix a leak in a freeze plug so it would be a week before we can trade. Caleb checked in with me several times over the week and I told him the mechanic would be done on Thursday so he asked me to bring the unit (diesel pusher) in for inspection on Friday and dropped it off and sign and pick up new unit (fifth wheel) on Saturday. I told him that I wanted to be present for the inspection for transparency as I did not trust Camping World based on the online reviews, he stated no problem. Friday We drove our rig the 40 miles to their store. A tech came out to start the inspection and attempted to level the diesel pusher with the air bags fully filled. This lifted the wheels off the ground and it would not level. I informed him he needed to drop the air the level so that the unit was lower. I did this for him since he was not knowledgable the unit leveled. He then went on the roof, while up there he made a cell call and out comes another tech, then two managers and they all went on the roof and started bouncing. I told my sales guy that I did not agree with that at all as no manufacturer would approve four grown men bouncing on the roof. The two managers came down and went inside, after a few minutes I went in and asked what the issue was. One told me that they hear the foam in the roof squeak and they cannot understand why they do not see any leaks inside. I informed them again that there has never been any leaks so you will not find any damage. Them I explained the construction of the roof - bonded aluminum, wood, and foam that is attached to the side walls, then a one piece fiberglass sheet is installed over it. They said they are used to trailer roofs that are not fiberglass. So rating dropped to a 4/5 as I feel they are not knowledgable at all and they are showing their inadequacies. Next day we arrive at 9:30 for the 10am signing then walk thru, they tell us they messed up on the schedule so there is one person before us. 11am we finally get into office, no paperwork has been printed so the wait starts. Then we go to write a check and we are told for the first time they need a cashiers check. Just bought a $50k car with a check but no check here. Off to Wells Fargo to get check. We return and go into the finance office again and start to sign, I had informed them in advance that there would be no add on service contracts, etc. Finance manager says that he added in a Good Sam 5 year plan but they adjusted the numbers so it is all included in the original price. When we finally get the the contract numbers are off by $4000. I question him and oh, that's the service plan. I tell him to remove it. We get signed, it is now 1:30. Rating is still 4/5 Outside for walkthrough - we having been RVing 26 years so this should be easy. As soon as we get there the power pole blows a breaker we can't test much. No one knows how to reset it. Caleb (sales guy) states the walkthrough Tech is gone for the day so he can try to answer any questions as he has Youtube up. I play with the few items I wanted to check and decide it is time to hookup and leave as I am spent. I am still Rating 4/5. Now the first day I discussed the freeze plug issue, it was discussed all week until inspection. At inspection I explained to them again the fix. 5pm the night of the inspection I get a phone call from a Sales Manager asking me again what was repaired. The day I picked up the fifth wheel they had the Pusher running to see it there was any more leaks or overheating both of which it did not have. They asked again what I had fixed. Two days after the sale I get a call from a general manager asking what I had repaired - all of these repeated questions as then can still smell antifreeze as wh

HORRIBLE Experience!!!! My salesman was james, Do not shop here they lie about prices to get you into a camper fast, then when they get you in to do paperwork the prices go up. Informed them the brace on the stabilizer was messed up, and was told theyd have it fixed within a week. Waited almost 2weeks in the dark before we had to reach out only to find out nobody knew what was going on, we asked that james our salesman call us back. nobody reached out so we finally drove up to camp world to see if they fixed and still nobody knew what was going on, at this point we were done, this completely turned the whole experience sour, we didnt even want the camper we that we were purchasing . We had a meeting scheduled with brian the head of the panama city location and he flaked the WORST Experience ive had trying to make a purchase VERY unprofessional!!!

I wish this update was a positive one. We are now at 10/10 and I am still EXTREMELY unhappy with the service received. I have been going back and forth sending pictures of our damage, wrong mattress and warranties and have yet to get a resolve. While going back and forth with the company I was sent a cancellation form to fill out for the warranties. When I received this I noticed the information wasn't even on my camper...wrong make, model and vin. I immediately called and said it was the wrong information and was told by a manager to just sign it and they'll "one line it", because they can't change that information. I wasn't happy with signing anything that didn't pertain to my camper, so I emailed back and said I was not signing anything that wasn't mine. In the mean time I called the warranty company, and sure enough, the information they had for us was on the incorrect camper. I finally spoke with the manager on 10/5 regarding the work that needed to be done on my camper and getting the correct mattress, she said she would be in touch the next day as she would have to do some calling around. It is now 10/10 and I am still waiting to hear back from the manager regarding my camper getting fixed and the mattress be replaced. I am appalled at the lack of communication from this place. Another thing I should mention, when speaking with the manager regarding buying campers from them, I asked do they usually sell the camper that a person looks at, and she told me yes. That is when I said then we either got one that we didn't look at, or someone purposefully changed out the mattress that caused damage to our brand new camper...why would that happen? I was informed that she has no idea when, who, or why the mattress was changed out, but it was. She then went on to ask that I did understand that it was an upgraded mattress that we got. Um...I don't care...it's not the one we bought and paid for and to the specs of the camper we bought...now the feature on the bed that we liked does not work. The fact that we were either given a different camper we looked at or someone changed out items is disgraceful. The sales guy even told my husband that he thought it was odd the bed was broken, because someone was working on it...again, that was never disclosed to us. Needless to say, I would not recommend this place. We had such high hopes and left so happy and now, not so much. Let's see if I hear back soon. Will update, but buyers beware.

they are the worst in service. so far they've had my RV for almost 6 months and still not done. we had ours about 4 months before trouble started and I've been fighting them since April. I had to cancel all my trips. when I talked to the sales man and woman He had the nerve to tell me, I drove it off the lot so there, basically. I guess once they sale it they don't care anymore. just stay clear of them because their warranties don't mean crap if they sale you one and you need it fixed. I would say their service is a "0" rating.

We had an incredible experience this week at Camping World in Panama City Florida with Shelley, the retail department manager. My wife and I came in to purchase a new air condition unit and Shelley went above and beyond to insure that I was getting the correct unit for our camper and she even called a parts specialist with Camping World to confirm the next morning before we came back to pick the unit up. Shelley called us and left a detailed message of her findings and when we returned to her location to pick this unit up she was there and took very special care of us. I would have to say that Shelley truly made our shopping experience a pleasure and we can’t say enough about her genuine personality.Great job Shelley we will be back anytime we need parts for our camper and you are the reason!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

UPDATE: After receiving the unit we are even more disappointed with this location and I wish I could leave a negative star review. We were lied to about the delivery delays and the condition of the camper. The unit was not detailed as it was completely filthy, the tanks were completely full (transported 5 hrs with full tanks and one was completely clogged. Had to pay someone to come out and fix it as this location was unresponsive to the fact that we couldn't even dump the tank that was backing up into the sinks and after speaking with a camping world tech at the location near us they suggested the valve might not be opening and we would need a mobile tech but had none available so one he knew was recommended), the cord was heavily damaged, there were broken blinds, and right before the fifth wheel left the lot I got a call from the salesman saying they broke the key in one of the outdoor compartment locks but they would send us a new one. We were promised a new lock for the compartment, a $500 giftcard, and a new cord. We received the new cord but it's much shorter than the one that came with the unit and doesn't reach our hookups. We have called and messaged every week. As far as I'm concerned they should also cover the bill for us having to pay to have the tanks back flushed and cleaned. Thankfully the tank was just extremely clogged. Steer clear of this location if you want to buy a used unit. -5 stars. We haven't even received our camper from here yet and I am already frustrated due to the lack of communication. My $6000 deposit was collected over a week ago and I still have nothing to show for it. We visited a different location in Summerfield and fell in love with the Jayco North Point model as the floor plan was perfect for us but that particular unit sold literally as we were about to sign the papers to get the deal going and so we found a 2020 model being sold at this location and did a video walkthrough and loved it even more since it had a residential sized fridge and more updated modern colors. Signed papers that were sent via FedEx overnight (asked for a tracking number on the papers multiple times and was told it would take a minute to get but never got one and eventually the papers just showed up). Signed the papers that night, ran around to get it notarized and got them sent back out the next morning which actually got held up because fedex doesnt know what overnight means which isnt the fault of camping world, meanwhile my deposit had already been collected and I was told we couldn't schedule delivery of our unit that we already had financing for and a deposit was collected on until they had the papers back, but I was told we could shoot for delivery for today 7/28 as we plan on staying in this camper between rentals and planned on moving our essentials in this weekend before the end of our lease next weekend. After hounding the salesman we purchased the unit from every single day and being given nothing but excuses I found out last night that the camper needed a new cabinet door in the bathroom which they had just received which was never even mentioned to us and he claimed he had no idea about, after telling me earlier that same day they were finishing inspections and he was going to call transport to see when they were available and we would have an answer by end of business day. At this rate we will be homeless with our 2 small children and still don't even have an estimated delivery date for our camper. Throughout this entire process I have provided them every bit of paperwork no later than 30 minutes after they ask to ensure we get it as quickly as possible but when I ask for an update on delivery I'm spun in circles or ignored. I suppose you have to visit the location in person to be treated with actual care. The ease that camping world advertises of buying a camper from them without visiting a location is a lie especially if you choose this location. I hope we can turn this around upon delivery and I can make my review more positive but at this point in ti

The employees work as individuals not as a team.Multiple people who offered to help me, never returned.Like city employees 1 person working and 5 watching.I was told a personal check would be acceptable after I paid a deposit of 9.5k.It wasn’t, had to go get a bank check.I had a 9:00 AM appointment , they didn’t have the parts, I had to locate them while the staff talked football. No one would follow up on anything.I spent 7 hours waiting for a wiring harness install.I also had an e2 sway hitch installed. No one thought to get that done until waiting was being done. No one showed me how to connect or disconnect the new hitch.Over all a D, no effort by anyone.I won’t be back.

I got information off the Winnebago site this was the closest dealer to me in Destin. So I tried to order some slide-out seal (just the part) for my Outlook from their parts department. After a couple of weeks of them insisting I had to order it through their service department, I caved, and ordered 34 feet of seal for $4.20/ft. plus tax, and paid in advance. They insisted they could not have it shipped to me; I would have to pay for shipping to them and pick it up in person, or also pay for them to ship it to me. I opted to pick it up, so I could verify it was the right seal. When it came in, they informed me the price was $4.40/ft., and I needed to pay that difference (plus tax), the $71 charge for "Freight", and almost $10 for their "Environmental Fee," which they claimed was a Camping World requirement for any parts purchased from their Service Department (regardless, apparently, whether it had any relation to environmental disposal or not). I understand enviro fees for tires and oil changes, but for a parts order that they are simply handing off? Naturally, I pitched a fit. Finally, they reduced the $70 "freight charge" to $40 and waived the "Environmental Fee." When I picked up my "freighted" box, I noticed that it was shipped to them via UPS Ground. The box was 19"x19"x10" and weighed 4.5 pounds. You can figure out what their cost probably was. They also cautioned me that the "Environmental Fee" would apply to any future orders. That's probably not going to happen.
