Ronnie and Russel rocked out my nursery today! I know it was a small project but the small things are what made this a great experience. Emily was super helpful and patient in helping us pick out a carpet for the room. Her dad was probably even more so patient, understanding, and knowledgeable since he had to wait around a few minutes from the original meet time for me to show him for the quote but he was totally unbothered. Ronnie and Russel were professionals. Their expertise was appreciated, installation was perfect and they were very respectful and courteous.

These guys are amazing! From start to finish, they went above a beyond. I talked to Emily on Thursday and explained to her what was going on and what we needed. She was able to have Ralph out there the next day to look everything over and take measurements. Our quote was ready and emailed to us the same afternoon. Monday, I called Emily and let her know we accepted their quote and low and behold this morning, Thursday, the guy's were at our door ready to get to work. KC, Daniel, and the other guys were very professional, polite, and knowledgeable. Our family appreciates everything all you guys did from start to finish and could not have asked for a better experience.

After a truly frustrating experience trying to work with Home Depot, we decided to give Carpet Connection a shot—and we’re so glad we did. We originally assumed a big box store would save us money, but after struggling just to get a quote and reading horror stories about their third-party installers, we started looking elsewhere.
Carpet Connection is a smaller, family-owned business with more limited hours, but they are 100% the move. Not only was the quote slightly less expensive than Home Depot’s, but the entire process was shockingly smooth from start to finish. Emily was able to give me a loose quote with square footage over the phone and had samples waiting for me to pick up on my lunchbreak. She scheduled her dad to come by and do a measurement the very next day and had an official quote prepared that afternoon. The installation team did an incredible job and we are just so happy with our carpet. Do yourself a favor and start with Carpet Connection!

OMG IT LOOKS AMAZING. From the meeting with Chuck, to the installation by Donnie and Darren, this has been a fantastic experience. The carpet looks amazing. They moved my heavy bedroom furniture that I was so apprehensive about.
Actually, vacuumed all the little pieces. I am so happy. Thanks guys. Judy

We did a major remodeling of our home and Carpet Connection was by far the best contractor that we dealt with. We had about 3,000 square feet of hardwood flooring to remove and replace. The demolition was quick and the installation of our new floors was flawless. I would have been willing to pay more for such superior service but their pricing was less than the competition in the market. I can't say enough good things about this family owned professional business. I have used Carpet Connection on many projects over the years and they never disappoint!

I was very impressed and surprised by this company. I tried 3 other local flooring companies and I won't say their names to be kind but it was horrible. The prices they quoted me were ridiculous and it took forever to hear back from them. Natalie helped me and she was great and fast with no complaints or excuses! We got just what we needed for our rental and at an excellent price! Definitely get a quote from them if you are doing a remodel.
