I do not understand why this bank won't hire enough people to handle the number of calls they get.Whenever you call Centennial bank the call goes straight to their "Customer Care" center in Arkansas. You can't call any of their branches directly. At least, they won't publish those numbers. So you have to call Arkansas. And every single time you call them-- doesn't matter what day it is or what time of day-- you get a recording saying "We are experiencing higher than normal call volumes . . . ." NO, YOU'RE NOT. You're experiencing NORMAL call volumes, which you won't hire enough people to handle!!So you have to sit on hold for literally 15-30 minutes EVERY TIME. I have complained about this to them for YEARS, and so have others, but it MAKES NO DIFFERENCE. They won't do anything about it. Today I finally got transferred to the correct bank (which is a miracle) and halfway through the call I got DISCONNECTED.Trying to reach anyone at a Centennial bank is a nightmare that consumes far more time than it should.

I just deposited my check of $672. Asked back $460 in cash and deposited $212 of it into my account. My last check I got $210 in cash (I was going to put $100 from the last check and this check into savings which would be about $200) anyways I haven't used the cash last time because I didn't have to fill up my tank so I knew I had at least $210 in my wallet and a couple dollars in my purse. They are going to tell me when I checked 5 times that I did not receive the $460 even though I received $360. I'm short $100 ?

I have Both, Business and Personal Checking accounts with this Bank. I can say that the Customer Service is hands down a 5 out of 5. As soon as I walk in the Door i am Greeted and Recognized by my First Name with a smile on their face. I don't think I've ever had to wait in Line for more than 3 minutes before someone assisted me.

The worst customer service that Ive encountered in my whole life.The service was so bad that I cancelled my account and anyone who ask me advice on banking there,I'm letting them know it's a very BAD decision.I showed up there after doing a job on a windy day and I was in the drive through.They were so busy talking inside that my check flew out the box and I had to jump out my truck and chase my check down.They then told me that the name on the check wasn't the same one on my business account,so I went back and had my client sign it again with the current business name on it.They were laughing as they looked at my check and making fun of me.I went two blocks over and they cashed my check.I told the manager and a day later they took $100 out my account and I had to call and complain.They finally put it back.Very childish,disrespectful,and amateurish customer service.I had been with that bank for years and that horrible experience made me cancel my account.Ive never felt such disrespect in my whole life.I hope management gets rid of those two female employees that worked the window that day because if not,they're gonna continue to lose customers.

I was visiting from out of town and needed a cashier's check. The staff was friendly and quick to take care of me. I also liked the way they kept calling everyone who entered by their first names.
