This company is the most unscrupulous, lying & deceitful I have ever seen.
They say ‘lock in rate’
Then raise your bill with no notification.
I always write down the name & location & time of the agent when calling them, and details of conversations. Blatant lies & they won’t pull the calls to prove you right.
A year ago, I canceled cable due to a 30% increase with no notification….
They said I had a 2 year lock in rate on internet for $85
Just opened an email
Now it’s 95$
I hate this company so much.
How could anyone work for such a lying cheating & stealing company.
As soon as my house gets a competitor,

My Father passed away a little over a year ago and I politely took time out of my day to return all of his equipment and notify them that my father had passed away and they told me everything would be taken care of.
Well now he is getting collection letters in the mail, not that it matters, it’s not like he is going to pay it anyways, but it just feels a bit insulting after taking the time out of my busy schedule to make sure Comcast had all of their equipment and information they needed.
My dad was a very long time Comcast user, since their beginning in Panama City. I have also been a Comcast user my entire life but I recently canceled my account and will not be using their services in the future. Also, if I run into this situation in the future I will just through their equipment in the dumpster and call it good being it will make no difference and they don’t really care.

Cory was AMAZING!! He literally took an hour to help me set up my new phone since I lost my old phone and couldn't access my iCloud. 10/10 customer service and highly recommend!

Service is the worst over a month ongoing service issues. Then when you try to get help they can't stop trying to push you get a cell phone through them . My internet doesn't even work consistently why do I want a phone .....

There is incompetence, and then there is this place. They will happily take the money of the elderly, and then make it as difficult as possible to provide the services accordingly. I would not recommend.

Can’t get a hold of a single person to figure out my account. Just an endless loop of a robot that eventually hangs up on you if you ask for a representative. Very frustrating. Don’t recommend to anyone.

Completely disrespectful and disgusting attitude from the manager. He disregarded my issues and laughed in my family’s face. Wouldn’t even admit that his employees are giving out false information on costumers accounts. I’d rather get WOW or Verizon. I wish I could give them negative stars. The Manager even tried to hide his name tag when I asked how he pronounced it. His name is Austin do not trust this man. He will blatantly lie for his employees and tell you it’s your fault for believing them in the first place. Bottom line your money nor your information is safe with them. Strongly do not recommend. Will be canceling my service.

We brought our cable equipment back to downgrade service with all the new streaming apps. We were going to upgrade our internet. She pulled up some plans on her computer. We are visual people so my husband said, may we see what your song as deals. She said harshly and very rudely NO THIS IS MY SPACE HERE. She could have printed it out, or just turned her screen, but was so rude we just walked out. Service is horrible and very rude. We will be returning our internet box as well. GOODBYE XFININTY

Rikina Is Amazing ? She’s straight to the point and is always on point when I go up there!!! Every time I go she’s always doing her best and makes things go smoothly and no matter how hard or how much time she puts into something she’s ready to make that sale and for the customer to leave happy!!! This is where it’s at guys! Rikina is Awesome and from now on I’ll only be going to her! You go girl! Thank you for my experience, my moms, and my 13 year old daughters too! We all got the best phones with the best plans and we are so content and happy!

Worst internet ever we had a storm come through and it messed with our internet box so I go and have to wait 2hrs to get a new one then it’s slower than the first one and I’m paying $95 a month (so I switch to wow for $80 and a lot better and faster service) so I send my wife to cancel our plan they tell her we have a bill we need to pay then we’ll be good so she pays the $95 and they cancel it all is good till 2 months later they tell me I owe $187 for a cancellation fee and if I don’t pay it at the end of the month it’s getting sent to collections My first question is why didn’t they say anything when my wife canceled the plan and 2nd they need to call you and tell you I got an email saying I need to pay what I owe and when I click the link it says I owe $0.00 This place sucks I suggest switching to wow they’re a lot better/faster and cheaper haven’t had a single issue since i switched

Austin White provides excellent guest services, very knowledgeable in his field and is able to connect with guests. If you ever come to Xfinity he is your go to in guest services.

The store is terrible walked in to mass confusion and no one to moderate it . Rude person sitting at a high desk barking at people and not helping. After 1 hour I pleasant woman assisted me and got me the modem.
Store is bad but the sales process for internet and home phone was a sham. Was told one price and sent a cell phone which I didn't need or want as I have tmobile and I am happy with that. Sales man said all this is 99 a month . Suddenly a phone comes in the mail , and now I have been billed almost 200 taken from my account for a cell phone I never wanted or activated.
Now I have to go return this un-used cell phone waste a day at that store and fight to get my money back.
They changed my home phone and did not port my number and gave me a new number that is for a well drilling company. Those calls never end , Charged me another 100 to come install their internet
As bad as WOW was I should have stuck with the . Xfinity is just a money pit

Jacob was beyond AMAZING!! He was able to solve the issues that customer service couldn’t in less than 5 minutes. Do your self a favor and skip their chat/customer service and just go straight to the store so you don’t waste any time. Thank you Jacob, we appreciate you!
