They lie about getting a credit for referring a friend. They did not give me anything, promised my bill would be credited and they tell me I have to go to the store to get the credit. Scam!!!!!!! Obviously they do not care, look at their rating. Wish I could use a different service.After 2 hours on the phone and online (online google review responder was an A$$ btw) they lied to me when I helped my friend signed up, never said anything about filling out a form online. Never again!

Tried cancelling service multiple times but couldn't. Got scammed once trying to cancel through Xfinitys indian tech support. They were able to get $150 out of me since I tried to cancel. Other's will try to hack your account by asking for the security number they'll send to verify it's you. They do this all from the official xfinity page with no consequences. I have called multiple times and told my services were cancelled only for the bill to keep racking up and now they want $600 to pay for services that I thought were already cancelled and that I have not been using for over 6 months.

If i could give 0 stars i would. The foreign call center had higher parrots that repete over and over same thing. They have no costumer service. You ask for a manager they tell you that you will get a call back from. Which will never happend. This Yolanda representative repeted over and over same information without listening to a work i said. The service itself is decent, the costumer service is horrible.

I went to Xfinity on 23rd st. I had the best customer service with Ashley S or known as ASH. She is very professional and caring person. She gave me the best bang for my buck. She is great access to the company and has a lot of potential. When go there ask for her and you want be disappointed.

Been here like 3 years, no customer service. You can't call the local store and talk to a human. You talk to a computer for 30 minutes trying to figure out how to get a representative on the phone then if you are lucky you get a representative from over seas that you can't understand and are normally unable to help you. It's so frustrating that I may go back to dish network.

I signed up in oct., the person I chatted with quoted me $ 132.83 per month, internet and cable. They install 10/19/23, got a bill for $300, I called and chatted several times, one time for 3 hrs., was told they had it straight, and would be 132.83 per month.They had to burying my line to the house but the job still isn't finished. I have tried many times to talk to a person being promised 3 times that someone would call ,still no callMy next bill after a month was $420.72 , my service was suspended and still is, now Jan. My bill is 967.00, I only had service for 1 month and have tried to talk to someone who can fix my problemsRobert walker

So Xfinity (contracted workers with no business signs) come and dig up my yard to work a reported issue on my street. The cable box is left open/ uncovered and the cable/internet connection is destroyed/damaged. I did not have problem with service before this, but certainly do now. Called and reported outage early afternoon. Response is repair tomorrow.

No internet service for three weeks then the mobile service throttles my internet because I have to use mobile for data to watch tv that I have to pay for this is the biggest ripoff in America where else but Florida has it so friendly to business that the people who live here has to suffer

Xfinity customer service is the absolute worst BUT since finding Romero McKee at the local office in Panama City it has been great. He truly listens and tries his best to help as much as he can. I sure hope he never leaves because if he does I may have to switch cable providers. Romero thanks for always smiling and helping me! You deserve all the stars and GO DAWGS!!!

Been without cable and internet for going on 5 days now they told us there’s nothing they can do like they won’t even send someone to check we pay almost 500$ for cable and internet and this is what we get wow this service sucks !!

They will SELL to you but they don't do any service and you cannot reach a real person without going to their shop. Even then, they don't fix your problem and try to sell you more product. Not happy.

I was on the installment plan I paid $50.00 my bill supposed to be $46.65 now why I am paying $281.00 I can't even sign in or make a payment my box keep saying restart the box when I restart the box it keeps saying the same thing it very upsetting the I put a 10 Dollars payment on it but they still cut my service off I am my way up there to discuss this problem
