I rented a unit n June and my unit is infested with spiders and eggs every time I go the meth heads are sitting in the unit different ones tried to go to office to let them know I can’t move my stuff in my house because it’s infested with spider eggs and spiders I am so pissed about me and my kids stuff and I have complained about the gate it’s been opened for two months it’s not a secure place it’s a place for drug addicts to hang out all day it’s crazy you’ll need to do something about the gates and the extra hang out spot it’s suppose to be a storage not a house to smoke out of

If I could leave zero stars I would. DO NOT use this facility. It's 100 percent insecure. Neither entry or exit gates function and remain open 100 percent of the time, my things have been in the unit for 2 months roughly and we are already finding evidence of rodent presence. Today was the icing on the cake as it appears Someone attempted to break into one of my units. Someone in living in a storage, last week a crackhead was all cracked out doin crackhead stuff inside of the facility, laying on the ground looking like a space cadet. This was all brought to the attention of the previous management company as well as the new one a month ago when they took it over. I was told that they had multiple people inform them and they were getting it taken care of. A month later nothing has changed, and when I called them again was told the same thing..they were aware and working on it. No one can give me a timeline of when the gates will even be fixed. So here I am, now having to foot the cost of a truck or trailer, as well as my time to move everything from 2 units somewhere else. Repeat...DO NOT RENT STORAGE HERE IF YOU VALUE YOUR BELONGINGS.

Just rented a unit from Copper Safe Stora and the young lady that helped me (Guillian Miclatge) was ever so helpful. And it didnt take very long to finish the process.

RENT AT YOUR OWN RISK!!! I left the storage due these non-resolved issues:
Both gates are broken and wide open for everyone. Homeless people live in the storage. I paid $75 it increases every month until it's tripled. They say it's because of paid security, that's a lie. My rv was ran sacked. You've been warned. Read the rest of the comments.

To start off the first day when I went to move my belongings in the exit gate would not open so I had to call the company cause I was stuck inside. So everytime I went to leave that day I would have to call in an verify my ID to be let out of the unit. Then 4 days later I get a call at work that my unit was broken into. When I got to check on my belongings my stuff is thrown everywhere and some of my belongings were missing. Then if that was not bad enough I go to get some things out of my unit about 20 days later and what was left had been chewed on by rats. This place is awful. They did not offer to pay for my belongings or anything. I will never rent from them again.

I have no complaints, it is always clean in the area, and the hours are good for me. I called for some information and Ruth was excellent she told me what options I had, and was a really big help 5 stars for her!
