The service and work was outstanding for my automobile. I would recommend Cowboy's for anyone. They even washed my automobile prior to me picking it up.

I have not written many reviews but I just had to share what great service I received from Cowboy Auto Collision. I took our car to 2 other body shops and were told it would be about 6 weeks before they could even look at it. I brought it to Cowboy and he came out, took pictures and told me he would get back within 2-3 weeks. He was right on time, the work is better than I expected and on time as he promised. He truly cares about quality work.

Wow! Donald at Cowboy's Elite Auto Collision shop is amazing! I had an interior door handle that needed to be replaced. I had the part but not the know-how. It was literally done in five minutes! He didn't even charge me. He just told me to give him a call if I need anything else. I definitely will be calling him again. Thanks so much to him!

Power window stopped working halfway up. He stayed with it until it was after dark and got it fixed. Not too bad on the price, either. Trying to book more repairs/body shop work.

Cowboy did a great job on my explorer. Never thought it would look this good again. Wish he'd answer the phone sometimes but good work at a great price. Not often you find a good shop on the beach. Everybody price gouging, not the case with cowboy.

Pat is a professional in the truest sense of the word. Not only did he not make any promises that he couldn’t deliver on, but he performed top-notch work in a fraction of the time that’s typical for most shops. The man is an expert in the dying art of body work, and I wouldn’t hesitate to send my grandmother to him for repairs.I will not even consider bringing my vehicle to another shop. Pat is THE guy.Services: Painting

UNFORTUNATE update to my review of April 2022. The second service provided by Cowboy's Elite Auto Collision was unprofessional. Pat (Cowboy) accepted my Jeep to complete the second phase of repair. It was agreed that I would drop off on Saturday, leaving the key in a dropbox. The next business day, I texted him and left messages on his phone asking for an estimate on the work. HE NEVER REPLIED! A few days later, he told me the Jeep was ready to be picked up. All I could do was ask how much I owed. He told me the bill was OVER $2,000.00, a much HIGHER BILL than I expected based on billing of his prior work done weeks before. I was not prepared to pay this high bill. PLEASE PLEASE insist on getting an estimate before you drop off your vehicle. I had trusted him from the work done just weeks before. He also did work on the Jeep which was NOT discussed or agreed on prior to him working on the Jeep, i.e. applying racing stripes and painting hubcaps.

Not only was the owner/operator at Cowboy's very accommodating, he fixed the Jeep in less than 24 hours and it has not looked this good since I purchased in 2010. He is a good guy that will not surprise you with extra cost. He may surprise you with going beyond what you expect in satisfaction of a job well done. His restoration skills are matched with honest communication, just what we need in auto repair. I will take my Jeep back to Cowboy's again.Services: Painting

I had a pretty bent up rear bumper on my Volvo and it looked like it would be an expensive fix. I had four quotes and Cowboy was the cheapest, he also said he likely could repair rather than replace. This is a good old fashioned 1 man shop, just like Thunderdome, 1 car in 1 car out and he works on your vehicle only, no room in the shop for more than one. He said he would only need the car for a day and a half and he was true to word, all others said a week. He said it might cost around $500 but it ended up as $300. It's a perfect fix. You do have to work on Cowboy's time, he often works during the night so drop offs and pick ups are around 11.00 am. He only communicates by text so as not to be continually interrupted when he is working on your vehicle and response is not always fast. This is all worthwhile and I would work with him again in a heartbeat.
