Honestly one of the worst vets in the area. They never answer their phone & they are so unorganized with their records. They have even gave our dog the wrong shots because they are THAT unorganized. I called a couple months ago & asked to schedule our dogs vaccine date & she told me it was “Far into next year”. No, our dogs need their shots this upcoming February. Tried to get flea meds and they refused and claimed our dogs haven’t been seen since 2022, even though we have their record in hand showing their last heartworm snap & vaccination. I’ve been patient with them because I understand businesses can’t be perfect, but I will never step foot in there again.

This place is full of rude and arrogant meth heads. These people are a joke. Never take your pet to this newly built dump. They don’t care about your pet. The veterinary needs to take a good look around. Veterinary specialists are nowhere to be found. Techs only, what a waste. I will be reporting what happened to me. Make a complaint people to the Florida veterinary board this needs to change.

My dog had cancer. My long time vet referred me to Tallahassee and couldn’t do the surgery. I went to Critter Care for a second opinion. They had him in surgery that week and he is doing much better.The techs brought my dog a bowl of water while I was waiting. I can’t speak for others and what they experienced and they are very busy — but that has never happened to me before. My wait times have also been reasonable.

First time here, and the office was clean and bright. The staff and vet techs were amazing and the vet was very thorough. I have 4 dogs of various sizes and ages and all will be coming here!

Wondering why they don’t have walk ins?Trying to ge a progesterone test and she is trying to give me an appointment in a week . Doesn’t she know how this works? Or why their customer service is so awful
