I won’t say at times the past year, it hasn’t been a hassle a few times- but, the caliber and professionalism to come to a agreed settlement of differences of opinions or policies matter a great deal to me.
Therefore, due to the low turnover at this location in a year’s time, the ongoing construction and road work, I believe just as many of us aware of our environment and history CubeSmart has maintained and worked VERY hard to keep my belongings safe, my disappointments at times reasonable, therefore I’m comfortable leaving a 5 Star Review.
Business falls apart when there’s a lack of decorum, empathy, and being flexible vs ruthless and impersonal.
In return, I’m still a customer, downsized my unit. Typically recognize each name & voice now when I call. They’ve survived both their own build out, road construction on Hwy 390 , the environment as well as managing the units.
I greatly appreciate in such cruel times, these guys have kept everything together and always make an effort to brighten my day. Even when lessor humans have beaten me down- they’re always “Can Do” & that matters as well. They’re not short sighted or filthy. Very clean and conscious of longevity.
Beware of their consistent price increases. Particularly when they get full. I am now paying $100 for the smallest cube. Due to the recent pricing increase because they’re at capacity also. It’s been a nightmare up and down with pricing. I do have a climate control unit, but I believe that’s just a little less than what I started out with a little over a year ago for a 10 x 10 unit. It’s not relaxing, it’s not comfortable, to just fall into ease and be able to go back-and-forth and work in my storage. Originally I had some health complications and car complications to head that direction, and then several other things happen that were had to be addressed by them, and in between that I’m negotiating my prices, and the local fellows only have so much they can do aside from just request for better pricing. They will jack your rate up. They do not want you to stay.

This is one of the nicest storage facilities I have seen. It's convenient location makes it a plus! Friendly and professional customer service. The storage unit that I rented is climate controlled, very clean and I can access it with ease! I am impressed!

Setting this up was very easy and very efficient! It took less than 15 minutes to choose my unit set up my profile and make my payment. I will post another review once I get into my unit.

Beware… after a year they will raise your rent 25%. We store our RV and it just went up $70 a month.
