I wasn't expecting a 5-star treatment from a cookie-cutter store, but I honestly left disappointed.. I specifically told the stylist that I wanted layers (going up) to add volume to my natural curls. She explained that that's not how layers work, which I thought was strange because that's how I've ALWAYS had it cut, but figured she'd know best since she's the stylist. She ended up giving me a shag/mullet effect that makes me look like I'm wearing obvious extensions. I thought I could let it grow out and it would blend better but there's a clear separation between the front and back of my hair by about 4 inches... Although the customer service was excellent, I won't be returning...
For reference, I included a picture. You can clearly see the length difference between the front and back of my hair; especially in the side by side. There is no gradient, just a drop off..

I’ve been here several times and never had a problem. 2 days ago I got my hair cut by the woman with the tattooed eyebrows and when I tell you it is UNEVEN… I asked for long layers and the right side is completely butchered compared to the left. In fact, the left looks like it has no layers. I will not ever be returning to this establishment. I even gave the girl a good tip for what was approximately 7 minutes of her time. Never again.

Great place to get a haircut and very friendly environment. If there ever is an issue, they are more than happy to fix it. Shout out to Ashley. She does an amazing job even though mine and my son's hair are more difficult to do than most people's are.?

I called before going in and asked a price for a full cut, wash, blow dry and flat iron. I was told $40 so I went thinking it was a great deal. I arrive receive the service and the charged me over $112. I'm pissed because they never said it's based off of length or anything else. I would never had come if I would have know that, that's ridiculous and I will never go back. It doesn't take a genius to cut hair straight across at the shoulders. I'm very dissatisfied with this location, their lack of communication and over pricing. Don't go here. They are not true on their pricing and will over charge. It looks good as a cut but I only went here because I didn't want to be charged $100 for a hair cut I would have cut it myself. They should have explained pricing is based off length and can only be quoted in person. Not see me, know I called and continue with the service knowing you quoted me $40 and ring me up $112. Then ask for a tip, not no but HELL NO. Pricing and variations should be discussed with callers or quoted upon arrival if there is more than a $10 variation. Especially since I called ahead of time talking about exactly what I wanted and the price. Then upon arrival reconfirming I was the one who just called about the $40 cut wash and flat iron. She told me no problem I'll be right with you. It should have been mentioned at that time instead of going ahead with the service and giving me a $70 price difference at the register and saying it is based off of length. Regardless how long it was you would have cut it at the same spot for the desired length and I made it very clear it wasn't a trim. The cut is good but don't think it was worth $112.

I took my son there today to get his hair fixed after going to another place the day before. Tara did an amazing job & was so nice. We will definitely be going back to see her for my boys haircuts.

Always wonderful. Tara has been cutting my hair for over 10 years. Before I moved back to PC, FL, I still came to Tara to get my hair cut from Charlotte,NC, for 7 years.

They did a terrible job, butchered a little boys hair and refused to fix it or refund the mom. DONT GO HERE unless you want to look like you let a 3 year old cut your hair with safety scissors.

Madison greeted me as soon as I walked into the store. She gave me the absolute best haircut I’ve had in my entire life. She was pleasant and professional. Definitely Recommend cuts by us in callaway over any hair salon in bay county. Scheduled hair color as well. Can’t wait ?♥️ God bless
