23rd Street CVS didn't have in stock half of my very common diabetic medication. My doctor had to order those meds from another pharmacy. Other CVS pharmacies in the area also are short on medication on hand. The 15th Street CVS I've been using for over 10 years recently closed. Many issues with CVS.

Visit this place today to send by moneygram. The attention was very unpleasant apart from the fact that the cashier does not pay attention to your needs, the way he serves was really irritating. I shouldn't be in that customer service area.

I am hoping someone will read this and possibly avoid the experiences my wife and I have had at this CVS. For the past several years my wife and I have used this pharmacy. She has had major back surgeries and is in chronic pain from a traffic accident. She receives multiple prescriptions every month and after her various procedures every couple of months. She takes the paperwork in when the doctor gives it to her to get her medications filled. The pharmacists there are generally nice with the exception of one, a gentleman by the name of Ken (who I understand is the pharmacy manager). Multiple times this individual has been exceedingly rude and condescending towards us. To the point of loudly arguing and refusing service in the most recent issue. He treats her like she is some sort of addict trying to get a fix when she turns in a prescription a couple of days early because that is when the doctor provides it. The most recent was her surgeon provided her with different pain medication than what she takes daily after a surgical procedure. He advised he would not fill it because it was illegal and refused to contact her doctor to clarify anything. At this point I asked if I could speak to his manager and he literally yelled at us, "I am the manager." I commented with, "That explains a lot." He then yelled, "I am not going to take this abuse." He turned off the mic and sent out the paperwork. I was shocked. Maybe I was out of line with my comment but the guy was yelling. He has been rude to us multiple times and has raised his voice along with acting like everyone is stupid but never yelled. Something needs to be done about this person. If you look at other reviews on the internet it seems this "Ken" has a reputation for being rude and unpleasant. I apologize to the rest of the staff but this guy is destroying it for you.

I do love CVS, but this CVS always seems to disappoint me! I always go in there hoping that it would be better. The machine that you scan your extra card is always broken. It has been broken for over 2 weeks now! I inquired about it and was told "I wish they would take that thing away, it never works" Well, I would like to use it and get my coupons! I hope this CVS gets it together someday soon!!!!
