I was on travel not from the area and caught a bad flu en route to PCB. Customer service was outstanding and CVS had all the essentials I needed!

The store department was awesome on the other hand the Pharmacy could use some additional help and not tell people it will be 30 minutes and it actually took 2 hours to receive my medication they need to tweek that so it's more accurate

Kind of defeats the purpose of doing an online order with pickup if you have to stand at the customer service counter waiting on an associate for over 10 minutes to realize you're there.
