My gf made it clear she didn’t want to buy anything yet and was only there to look around but we were followed around and they pressured/rushed her to buy a coat for $170. We went to a different location to return it and get the money back, some employees were nice but they just want you there to get their sales up.

My grandmother used to take me to Dillard's every year for our school clothes and shoes .when I was a child and later on I learned a thing about brokerages and stocks and savings along with mutual funds and investments from these companies and knowledge of class and fashion in apperal they have so when I get the extra funds to get to go shopping I like to shop their preferably and plus the Cleanliness is awesome and prices unbelievable to plus organization of the store is l just simple to shop

Mrs Lisa Rivera in customer service was amazing she went out her way to make sure I had a box for my gift for mother's day unlike the other lady that was working with her who was kinda mean but overall it was a great experience sometimes people treat you differently because of your skin color and that's what the first woman did to me but now we can leave reviews and stuff and point those bad people out in organizations and establishments

The selection is large for the area. Price point is affordable as well. The employees are friendly and helpful. If you order from Dillard's com online and need to make a return, you can return it here. Plenty of parking available too.

Me and my wife and another couple stopped by to just to kill some time and look around. But After talking to Anthony and him showing us New New fragrance, and being so knowledgeable with his great hospitality. Not only did we ended up shopping there but we also shopped at Dillard’s 3 Day in a Row and Anthony was OUTSTANDING EACH AND EVERY TIME, Times 10‼️

I found myself in a jam and I had to buy a shirt and tie to wear for a special function and I didn't feel like driving to Dothan,AL to get a set that I could have gotten 2 for the price that I spent at Dillards. I must say the items that I bought were nice,but something that I will never buy again very expensive for decent products. My major issue that I had was with the high prices and all of the employees in the store, not one person offered any assistance. I had to, after walking around and waiting a long time, I had to go up to a woman and ask her if there was anyone working in the men's clothing department. She told me that she was and she offered to assist me and I must say after getting off to a bad start by the end she helped me to find what I needed and she changed my mood.
