Im an elderly man who cant move well. I was helped out by a good man named Austin. He helped me get the product I needed and processed my transaction with the upmost respect and courtesy. 10/10 will shop again

So I came to the store get some groceries after I got here from Alaska. I’m standing outside doing a live on TikTok talking like normal. Some employee comes out. Sits behind me on a chair like 1 foot from the front door start smoking a cigarette all of her nicotine smoke going inside the store all over me Then she tells me I can’t stand there and do my live because I’m saying cuss words lol , maybe put out that nasty cigarette tour blowing all over everyone and everyone has to walk three to get inside, your cigarette smoke is throughout the entire store and don’t worry about what I’m talking about like this is just ridiculous lol get help, your store is dirty and so are you. Everything inside the store smells like a cigarette I was wondering why when I was in there it smelled so much like cigarettes. I was walking around wondering if somebody would just smoked it’s their employees smoking right inside the front door. Gross gross. Have a great life at Dollar General making sure no one talks to loud while you blow smoke on your customers and products. Pathetic. Short chubby lady old looks like she has smoked for 100 years and smells horrible.

The handicap parking is a bit odd being around the side of the store and a bit of a walk to the front door.. but this store always has what I need when I get their.

Why do they always have racks of merchandise scattered throughout the store? I am glad to find the one thing that I may need, but I’m usually pretty happy to get in and get out. Not my cup of tea.

This is the closest DH to my house so I stop in here to pick up things I don't want to run to town for, this store is OK most of the Staff are nice and helpful, but they never have enough help to stock their shelves so they have boxes everywhere in the asides and that makes it hard to get around in.

Never in my life will I go back to this dollar general. The manager is VERY rude and is two faced. My sister bought tenders and she tried saying they weren’t tenders and my sister clearly showed her they were tenders and she got an attitude with my sister. Once my sister walked out I was at self checkout and I needed help because I scanned socks and it said I needed assistance, well she comes over and says “anything to get her out of my store”….maam you do not talk behind a costumers back especially whenever other costumers are in the store. These people lost all my respect today.

My boyfriend, a couple of my friends, and me were there the other night. We were going there all the time until then. We had a cart full of groceries and two cops approached us and said one of the employees called stating she saw him put something in his pocket. We had to stand in the middle of the store while they searched my friend and found nothing

Need customer service training! There might be 1 or 2 employees that actually good! Rude, not helpful, no one smiles,cussing on the aisles they're working on!!! Shelves low...all the time!
