“Nikki and Monica are the best. Truly make it worth shopping primarily there and I feel right in place as a valued regular.I accidentally left my phone at the register and in my moment of panic driving back down to hopefully see it again Nikki was waiting with it in hand. As someone who's phone has been stolen by accidentally leaving it at a register in the past it's nice knowing this stores staff is there to help you get it back.Monica and Nikki don't get enough credit for how hard working and sweet they are.”

“I love couponing here, but I guess so does everyone cause they are always low in stock on things. Wish they sold what other DG sell when it comes to drink flavors”

“I was so excited to finally find an item that I had been looking for. It took me countless stores in different states. This store was well stacked. Not too many people there when I visited. Friendly staff.”

“Family Dollar is the store that is your go to store. It's convenient to where you live because it seems like there's one on every corner. They stock just about any and everything you need. If you can't find it for some odd reason at one you can drive down the road and you'll find another one. The employees are so nice I don't think that I have had a bad experience at any of their locations. Also what I mostly enjoy is you don't have the large crowds in stores such as Walmart. You can do your shopping in peace and quiet. And you don't have to wait in line for 20 minutes to get checked out. And for that self check out if I want to be ringing up products I would have gotten a job at Walmart doing just that.”

“I just recently moved to this part of town. I have to give credit to an employee named Tyrone. Every time I come in the store, he is always very friendly and he needs to be recognized for that! Great asset to this location! Thank you!”

“This is the one folks... if you have ever wondered if its possible or what it would look like, this is the only DG ive ever seen without racks of stock all over the store, the store actually clean and product stocked, clear walk ways .... AND someone gets to the cash register moments after you walk up. This GM is doing the most and it shows.”

“They keep this dollar tree so clean and organized. Everything in its place and staff that doesn't seem to absolutely hate where they work. The manager is very nice.”

“It's better since the one chick that worked there isn't there. With the colored hair. She was always rude. It's been pleasant since. Lol just saying.”

“Helpful & nice employees They even stayed & helped me after they were closed at 10:00 O'clock at night. I tried tipping the 2employees that helped me but they both refused & said it wasn't necessary Plus there not allowed to accept tips. I go to this location all the time because of those 2 employees.”

“All of the Dollar Generals I have visited have had the basic needs I was shopping for. Unlike the Family Dollar stores, I found what I needed at Dollar General. Fair price, beating most local supermarket prices which have recently been raised so it seemed. My thanks for everything, right up to the friendly smiles at checkout. I shall return .”

“Saul is amazing at the store and very helpful whenever you ask him anything. He can tell you if it is in the store or if it is planned to be in stock if it is sold out. Always a pleasure shopping when I know he is on site. Polite and always has a smile even stocking shelves. Not many of your employees enjoy their job but he is one of them. A valuable employee to keep!”

“Absolutely THE best customer service I’ve ever had in a store setting . Whoever was working today at the register deserves a raise. 10/10 on my shopping experience and my check out.”

800 West 23rd Street, Panama City FL 32405
“Cashiers were nice, polite, and helpful, but I unfortunately had to seek them out in order to be able to checkout. Not a biggie but this seems to be an ongoing trend at many of the DGs I've visited lately. I also see many placing squeezey dog toys or bells qt the registers for customers to call for them. I feel this only signals to customers that the store is having a, "EVERYTHING IS FREE DAY!" ?... JS... May want to hire more employees ? before your merchandise dissapears.”

“I always thought our Family Dollar that is closer to us had everything. Went to this Dollar General first and realized they have even more options. Great to know I have this option rather than going to the big box store!”

1319 W, 1319 West 15th Street, Panama City FL 32401
“The young woman who is ALWAYS there (maybe manager) is VERY SWEET and ALWAYS willing to help the customers! Dollar General should be VERY PROUD of the service and kindness she offers EVERY SINGLE TIME that I shop there!!!!”
-
412 Lyndell Lane, Panama City Beach FL 32407
“This store has a small selection of fresh produce & a decent amount of coolers for a Dollar General making it a truly one stop shop as long as you aren't needing a meat department. Pricing is reasonable & staff is friendly every time I've visited. If you go in at peak expect a short wait in line as they generally only have one cashier but they work hard to get through it.”

“Family Dollar is a great place for a quick trip when you run out of something or need something. It's a nice neighborhood variety store. They have a little of this and that like the old time neighborhood stores.”

“This Dollar General has been a reliable stop for everyday essentials. It's convenient, well-stocked most of the time, and saves me from having to make a longer trip into town for the basics. I've always found the employees to be courteous and willing to help when I'm looking for something. It's nice having a neighborhood store that's easy to get to and makes quick shopping trips simple.”

“Excellent selection at good prices without the hassle of Walmart. But I would like to see them bring self checkouts back. I’m not a thief, I’m autistic and often I don’t feel like socializing with strangers.”
-

“It's a great store just this one worker named Jen she's a little annoying she likes to make me do labor but it's ok cause that's my mom anyways come to dollar general it's convenient”
