Multiple times our packages have been left at the opposite end of our road, which is private with a gated entrance. We live on the opposite end with no gate and a public entrance, 4 houses down here. Driver's continually put the packages outside the gate at the private end...a simple use of GPS could solve this problem but apparently Google is too complicated for some FedEx driver's. The usual driver for our area is pretty good, but literally almost everytime a replacement driver runs our route there's some bs like this. Bay county was even nice enough to put the address numbers on the street signs for the 2 ends of the road...still too complicated for these FedEx driver's I guess... we've tried putting special instructions but to no avail... it's really not complicated... do better FedEx. Teach your driver's to use GPS...unless it's just that they're that lazy?
Also... leaving a package at the base of a mailbox, in the pouring rain because you scared to get wet is pretty sorry...again, do better, UPS and USPS have no problem dropping things on the porch so they don't get ruined, be more like them.

As an international shipping company I am shocked how inadequately prepared the company is and not utilizing the latest maps. Sorry but I cannot trust a shipping company that does not invest to improve its delivery accuracy. For the past 3 years they have been constantly delivering my packages to the wrong address. Costing me hundreds of dollars for delivering my packages to the wrong address. I have made multiple attempts to have the company make corrections to my shipping address but they have no way to do that because the company's lack of trust for its employees. If I could change the shipping method for some of my orders I would, but I cant. When it comes to shipping I chose to ship with UPS.

The were late two days delivering then the driver lied and said we weren’t there. Folks security cameras are everywhere your drive never came there and falsified documents. When we called them out on it. There was nothing they can do they will deliver by 8pm following day. I can’t believe for a second that this is acceptable this was a child’s birthday present that FedEx delayed twice then lied. As of today June 18th 2024 we still don’t have package and they didn’t care. I can promise you I will take this to the top and make sure upper management knows there drivers lie. Then chandler at facility had it in his hand at 430 there 7 miles from me you think they offered to deliver.

I live about 1,000 feet from a main road and, admittedly, there are a couple pot holes in the easement and have no difficulty driving a Toyota Sienna and Hyundai Iconiq over that area. I spoke to the District Supervisor a few months ago about their FEDEX Drivers tossing our packages into the tall grass/weeds near the main road and thought it had been handled. They tossed one on Dec 5th and I let it go but today, the same thing except no plastic bag around this package. Do we not deserve more consideration than this? Is this what FEDEX Customer Service has degraded to? If this was a mom & pop business, they'd have earned their way out of business! In all fairness, there is a good probability that the higher-ups are not aware that this is going on again. I'll contact them again tomorrow and will hopefully be able to update this review with a positive outcome.♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡*UPDATE* All deliveries since Dec 2023, have been made to our front door! Kudos to FedEx Ground Service, as you have improved our 'relationship' to 5/5 stars. Here's to hoping it stays that way.

SUPERIOR CUSTOMER SERVICEKudos to Telina (FedEx Ground Center in PC Beach FL) and Ryan (FedEx Delivery Manager) for their Service.Day 1 and 2.1st thing, I am an elderly Disabled Veteran. I can't move around well and have hearing loss.2nd thing, FedEx was delivering a 100 lbs item to my home.3rd thing, per the Vendor, delivery required my signature ... period.I had missed two attempted deliveries (1st and Final Attempt on Day 1 and Day 2). "Two Strikes and you are out."Day 3, I was worried my item would be returned to vendor, unclaimed. I called FedEx Customer Service for help. Response was 5 Stars. My item was promptly rescheduled for delivery.Day 4, leaving my house at 0830 (medical appt), I found a new 1st Attempt notice on my door (from Day 3?).Fearful that I would miss Final Attempted delivery again, I drove to the FedEx Ground Center. Before I could exit the car, a nice young Lady (Telina) appeared, asking if she could help. Telina recognized my name and situation. In less than 10 minutes, she had everything "on track" for delivery today (Day 4)!!Less than 30 minutes later, FedEx Delivery Manager, Ryan, contacted me, coordinating delivery of my item.WOW!! That is the Definition of Superior Customer Service!

Please advise your drivers to not look only for the house number, but to look at the proper street name! My house number is the same as a vacant new house that is close to my house across a Cal d Sac. There was a box delivered today, Saturday 3/16/24, and it was a box for me! Delivered to an new empty house!

Blown away. Competence is hard to come by. Common sense is rare. And these guys found my house and delivered my package on time even though the shipper completely screwed up my address. Had the completely wrong name for the street. I thought for sure I was gonna miss out on my son's present. But they figured it out and again were on time.

The only good reviews of this place are from EMPLOYEES. Painfully obvious they are trying to do damage control for how terrible this brand new place is.Report all of the employees reviews - they aren't a valid review of the service being provided.If you need to speak to an actual person for FedEx - say "returning a call" or choose "more options" then "its something else"Absolutely ridiculous that it's almost impossible to get an actual person to answer a phone/message when you have customers waiting for items to be delivered AFTER business hours.Packages are supposed to be delivered by end of "business" but then they want to tell you that it's actually 8pm, not any real business hours.

Fedex is probably the worst out of all the delivery places. They've spent millions on this beautiful facility but can't deliver on time. Packages are damaged and 2 weeks late more times than not.

I'm starting to get the impression that certain drivers don't care if they're delivering to the right address. This is happening way too frequently. If I see fedex on the shipping portion of an online order, I order from a different seller.
