Local contractor working on a tankless water heater. I called ferguson and spoke to the store manager. He advised on the poper replacement part and regulator in detail citing manufacturers specifications.
We will only use ferguson for our plumbing supplies in the future.

Unprofessional customer service. My husband was rudely cut off while trying to explain what we needed meanwhile two other employees were shaking their heads in the back. Once he explained what we were looking for despite being cut off from talking he said oh yeah I got that. My husband left without purchase due to the unprofessional attitude of the employee. I then talked him into going back in the business as we were told we couldn't get the part anywhere else. The same employee asked him what he needed and sat right down without a care after he told him what he needed again. Three other employees standing around with no attempt to cut in and help when it was obvious the employee that was "helping" was doing his job poorly. Bad business. I will never recommend or consider spending money with them!

Always forget about this place til the big box stores don't have what I'm looking for. I have to remember this place has everything and at much better prices. Better than that, the customer service is exceptional!
