Stripped plug when having oil changed. Had to go back 3 times & finally one of the guys was able to get the stripped plug undone. After 3 visits, over 3 hours each time & still had to pay $147 for an oil change. No very good customer service! When questioning the price tech told us we pay or he would call the police on us. Was only questioning and explained customer service which went over their head. Was their fault since they stripped the oil plug.

I signed up for a membership, and the process was very frustrating. It took about 15 min and required a lot of personal information that I didn’t really want to give. But ultimately I did, and the drive through car wash itself was pretty good.I had my car detailed there once before and that was a big waste of money. You could see where they cleaned and didn’t and left a ton of excess cleaner on the dash. I won’t be paying for that again.If I had other options close by, I would explore them.Ultimately if you need a quick wash, they’re not bad. But I wouldn’t spend almost 100 bucks on their top tier service.

Had my 13 year old Jeep detailed with the works - Looks like new! Couldn't believe it! Basim, the detail manager, was fantastic, professional, and courteous! Well worth the money! Thanks!

It was fast. But, I drive a pfull size truck and the cloths do not do a good cleaning job on tge windshield, nor the back window.The dryers do not dry the side windows.Oct 3, 2023. The wash cloths were better today. But the second set are aimed so they miss tge center windshield.Still missing the center windshield. It was nice to get a good rinse before the wash. Those 2 young ladies did excellent!

They team was plentiful on Saturday. I noticed that the same detailing wasn't done on the passenger side as the driver. I think a look over should be done after service complete.

I wish I knew the names of the employees that washed my truck. The young lady that was the first interaction of your business was so polite, kind, helpful! What a great representation of your business. She suggested upgrades, answered my questions and seemed like she wanted to be there! The crew that washed my truck did an A-1 performance and the fella that waxed it made it shine like new! There were valuables in my truck and they remained in my truck. I only mention that because I'm a retired police man and know that employee theft does occur but not at your business. Great Job! Looks brand new I even saw an employee open the gas tank door and clean inside. I was there on Sept. 13 at about 8:30 am if that helps identify the excellent staff you have working for you.

Fair prices and good customer service. Couldnt even see the front due to bugs and forgot to get before photo. Completed an oil change, deluxe wax, and hand wax package deal.

Good price for auto detailing just have to double and triple check behing the people doing the vehicle. They will miss spots. Atleast on mine they did but after it was pointed out they corrected it.

I came to get my car cleaned to trade it in. It was filthy on the interior. I delivered pizza, ate, drank, and smoked in it. They did a nice job of cleaning the car. The front windshield still had the ring from the phone holder so I guess they don't do windows. All in all for $56 and a hefty tip, I got what anyone should expect from a group of teenagers. I wouldn't call it detailed. They gave me more than I expected at the dealership for the car so $76 well spent.

It was great! I wanted a car wash so I went to Grease Pro and they cleaned it. I was very happy with what I saw so I wanted to give them a tip but they wouldn’t take it.

I just tried the GP car wash for first time in a long time. . .I had just finished a $267 oil change on my pickup and decided to make use of the $10 off gift for the service.I watched for 20+ minutes as the kid I was so lucky to get on my truck rubbed the glass off the inside of my door and windshield on the drivers side. He would circle around and touch here and there but always went back for the drivers seat, like he hadn't just rubbed it raw a few seconds before.I did the "#6" high end wash and was expecting at least a thorough attempt at a good job. I know it's not a "detail", but for over $50 bucks, I must say my expectations were a little higher than what I received.What I got was bug guts still on the windshield, hood and grill. Brake dust on the front wheels. Dirty running boards. Vacuumed but not wiped console cup holders and floor mats. However, they did help themselves to my apparently filthy dirty coins that were in the console tray! I guess that's where you're supposed to leave the tip?I am in search of a pay by the month program to try and keep my vehicle clean since I work with clients riding along sometimes. Needless to say, I'm not too comfy moving forward here with a monthly commitment after this kind of result on the first run! I may also need to re-think my oil change spot too; hopefully that work was a little more conscientious.CT

Their usually a good place to go, I go there all the time but one improvement they could make is when you get the full detail is making sure the interior widows are clean especially the windshield
