Absolutely terrible experience. I rushed over to make it before close and arrived at 4:47. As I’m walking up, an employee literally opens the door and says, “We’re closed, the alarm’s already on.” Oh really? Then why wasn’t the door locked and why are you standing there with it wide open telling me this? When I reminded him they close at 5, his response was, “It’s not my call.” So let me get this straight—you’ve got a manager on duty closing early and hiding behind employees to turn customers away for no reason. Fantastic.
Here’s the thing—I’m not unreasonable. If I showed up at 5:57, fine, I missed it. But 4:47? Thirteen minutes before close? I could’ve been in and out in less than 5 minutes without slowing anyone down. Instead, I got a masterclass in how to drive business straight to Amazon. I’ve always been an advocate of supporting local. But why bother supporting local when local businesses don’t support their own customers?
So congrats, NAPA. You didn’t just lose a sale—you lost a loyal customer permanently. Thanks for proving that a complete disregard for your own posted hours and loyal customers is apparently your company culture.

Super friendly staff! I was in getting my dad a birthday gift! The cashier added to my purchase and gifted my dad a complimentary NAPA cap not knowing how crazily obsessed he is with hats! Such a kind gesture!

Ordered online for pick up. Location hours on Google, Napa site, and in email all have incorrect hours listed. I arrived at 1:30pm on Sunday to pick up my part only to find them closed. I submitted an update on hours on Google to help others from having this happen to them too. Would be nice if the store was open when listed or correct their times online, not just on their door. Store is also very run down looking from outside & needs repaired. Otherwise, they were quick to pull my part.

I the store of Panama City I was told by a employee “I hope that the executive order gets effective immediately” in other words go back to Mexico, I am a permanent resident and he had no motive to say that to me. I felt so bad I even cried at the store I was shaking.
