Although I appreciate a $20 haircut, this place should advertise as a barber shop as it's probably great for a quick boys & mens cut. The woman didn't want to wash my hair or even wet it first (even though I asked & said I would pay the extra $10 for that service). I got a quick, dry cut which ended up really uneven to where I had to go home & work on it myself. I wanted a simple trim with a few long layers, but it still ended up badly. The fact that she & the other ladies got their customers out of there fast makes me wonder if they get an end of day commission or something for hitting their number quota. But with this business model, they'd do better as a barber shop, catering to men. I still tipped the woman $8 even though it was a horrible job, because afterall the business model isn't her doing & it's Christmas, but I won't be going back.

I am completely in shock, I went there to get my hair cut. I showed her a picture of a medium hair length cut and I ended up with very short hair at the end. It took all I had to not cry sitting in the chair. I even told her my hair curls when the dead ends are off and she still cut it super short. I’ve never hated a hair cut more than this one. It wasn’t busy when we arrived but shortly after checking in it picked up. The waiting room was filling up and she spent maybe 15 mins at the most cutting my hair so no wonder it is so bad! For a $20 haircut I wasn’t expecting much but still $20 when I have kids to but Christmas for and the economy the way it is on a one income household is a lot. I don’t even want to leave my house with my hair like this! So skip this company for your next hair cut!

Great place! Minimal wait times! Online check-in helps expedite getting in and out fast. Always on point, and always a great conversation while I'm getting my cut. Hats off to the ladies that work in the salon, high five ✋. I recommend 100% if you are looking to get a great cut for around $20. I haven't gone anywhere else in 3 years. Keep it up ladies ?
