Never again will I rent from here. Charge for gas pick the car up on 395 mile return it on 433 mile. Also charge another hour when retuned. Go somewhere else if you can

I called them to inform them of a delay with my flight causing me to be delayed in my pick up no one made a note of it.. Bad enough I’m already exhausted from a last minute overnight layover. I get here and the car I already PREPAID for is not available and the representative is saying the car they have available is $15 more a day which is ridiculous. They suggest I leave and come back in the afternoon but the main reason I’m getting a rental is because I am a black hijabi who doesn’t feel comfortable getting in an Uber. Me leaving and coming back in the afternoon would require me getting in an Uber and in addition accruing additional costs I should not have to. I can see why this location has a 2.9. DO NOOOTTT BOOK HERE

Worst every. When I checked out, I was given a stall #. Great forgot to tell me rented from Hertz. The car is parked in another rental car stall. I noticed a SUV with a Hertz sign on it. They were to busy talking to each other, than helping customers who appears lost . Trying to find my rental tell approached and ask. I was then told it was in another company stallOk now when I return the people in SUV not around. Guess what no signs to park Hertz rental car. No one to check your vehicle in. Worst car rental I ever had.. car was good help was bad

One of these cheated me, this Hertz or Priceline! Reserved a full size SUV but instead started you arrived and was offered their dinky suv Acadia compares to the full-size you reserved! And Hertz offered to upgrade to full-size suv but $20 a day more! Why not start advertising in Priceline the right car! Is GMC Acadia comparable to Nissan Pathfinder or Ford Expedition or Chevy Tahoe??! Customers are not dumb! Beware of these tactics! I will not use them anymore

Half way into our trip, I discovered my young daughter could not access her seatbelt. I pulled over and tried to access it without luck. We were too far from the rental location to return. The second problem was the car I paid for in advance was not available. They charged me an extra $10/day for a smaller car. After our trip, I followed up with corporate. They gave me a lousy $75 credit. I plan on filing a complaint with the Florida AG and FTC for lack of an available seatbelt.

They don’t answer their phones. Trying to speak to an operator and it just rings several times and says call cannot be completed and disconnects.

I interviewed with a business that reserved a prepaid rental car for me from Hertz. It took Hertz over 30 minutes to give me a rental car when I was the one and only customer at the counter. Their car’s exterior was filthy, which I believe was an attempt to scratches all over and some caked on cement too. Even though the rental had been prepaid, Hertz decided to charge me for it too just so that they could get paid twice. When I pointed this out to them, they refused to correct the charges. I then disputed their fraudulent charges with my credit card issuer and won. Hertz proceeded to send me letters demanding payment. Hopefully they added me to their do-not-rent list so I never have too deal with them ever again.

I also wish I could give a negative star rating. We have a flat tire in our rental. Rather than swapping out a car for us, they are sending a tow, which has cancelled and rescheduled twice. We were told that they will not bring a car to exchange or even come bring us a spare to swap it out. Instead we had to ask the tow truck driver to take us with him to the airport to try to get another rental car. Great way to spend your vacation. ?

Our experience with you has been miserable, so far. Roadside assistance has scheduled and cancelled our tow truck, for a flat tire. We don't have a spare and you really won't take time to either swap out a car with us, or even bring a spare tire? Instead we're asking a tow driver if we can ride with him back to the airport to TRY to get another car. This is exactly how we like spending our limited vacation time.
